    There isn't much to choose from in that area for rentals and it shows in the fact that this property management is still in business. They are horrible people and their lead leasing agent is an actual ********* ***** *** ******** **** ** ********* **** *** ************ **** **** **** ** *** ***** *** * ****** *** **** ********* That alone shows you how reputable this company is. Go with anyone else and save yourself from all the stress and hassle we went through with Lancer!

    If I could rate them 0/5 I would. I hardly leave reviews and I would hate to slander anyones name but everyone needs to know about Lancer. The way they do their business is so unethical and they should be investigated, charged with misconduct etc. No one will ever see their security deposit. They will charge you for everything and anything. They will falsify the charges. For example, they charged me for painting All the walls when I have only lived there for a year. I was so ****** I went back and the next tenant was kind enough to let me in. NONE of the walls were painted. I have pictures for proof. If you have an emergency or a nonemergrncy, it takes them forever. They are not very responsive. Emergencies takes time 3-4 days. Non emergencies takes them a over a month. I had to keep calling. Their excuse is oh your work order must of got mixed up. The employees are unprofessional and unhelpful, including the manager. There is no accountability. Please, please listen. Do not let them extort money from you. They need to be shut down and investigated. I have never hated someone this much!
