    Our Sunsetter Awning needs to have the canvas replaced. I’ve called numerous companies and they refuse to touch it because it’s a bad product. Even the sunsetter contractors won’t look at it!!
    We paid over $4,000 for a retractable awning and now can’t even get the canvas replaced! It sucks!!!

    I purchased a Sunsetter Awning in 2019 approx cost was 4k I just replaced the fabric and had a local dealer Sunset Awning Pros/*************************, replace and install the new fabric for $500 which was overpriced but since Sunsetter does not offer a service of installation they give their customers no other choice but to be gauged by a local dealer. The 17 ft awning was replaced and I noticed the awning was replaced too loose and it is now pooling water every time it rains. The local dealer Sunset Awning Pros told me I would have to pay another 250 to have it repaired. This is unreasonable and I want the corporate company to know that I purchased their product and the local dealer they recommended is gauging me for more money to correct the poor job that was completed initially. The original price of 500 to install was too much but again I had no choice. I would like to know what Sunsetter/Springs Window Fashions think about this issue. I'm very disappointed in this matter and expect the corporate entity that now owns the Sunsetter products to be more aligned with their dealers in better customer service and pricing of installation or their product.

    I've purchased shades and awnings from SunSetter in the past. I loved their service and products. HOWEVER, SunSetter doesn't have the same standards of service as before. I purchased two manual shades, which were delivered to my home on 5/31/2023. One was complete with all of the parts we needed. The other was missing critical parts to raise and lower the shade. I've continually emailed them and their only response is that they don't know when the parts will be shipped. It has been 2.5 months. The product was approximately $500 and we still can't use it. I'm afraid if I return it, they won't send me a refund either. SunSetter isn't the company they used to be.

    Worse customer service! We have been a long time customer of Sunsetter. But boy oh boy has their customer service and warehouse management gone downhill. We ordered parts for our rain arches from SunSetter beginning of June and were told it would be 2 weeks delivery. It is now August and not only have we NOT received our order but customer service has not been able to help us! History of calls: June23- customer service said they moved and are having issues with their warehouse and shipments. June26 - still trying to find out tracking of order - pending charges July18- Parts are in but delay in shipping but couldn't tell us how long. July24 - pending charges pending but they couldn't tell us why - manager was to call us back (Tom) within 24 hours. NEVER RECEIVED A CALL to date July27 - Received a Tracking number - on the way! July28- Tracking number dropped - customer service could not tell us any information as to the reason why. August1- Manager was to call us back (Tom) within 24 hours. NEVER RECEIVED A CALL to date August4- Sent an email to customer support address requesting status of order. No response. August8- Spoke with Dexter today, he said if I would like, he could send an email to the warehouse to ship these parts and if not, then to come back to us with reason as to delay. Oh and yes a manager will call us back. Seriously?

    Can you put a half star!!!! ;/I purchased my retractable awning and lights 6/7/22 and they have not worked properly since they were installed. I've reached out to the local sales rep and the company with hardly any real good response as to getting it fixed. They expedited a control box back in May and I have not received product to call for local installation Now reaching out to the main corporate office. The other issue is when I "DO" receive the product, they are telling me I would have to pay for them to install the new replacement piece?!!!! Why when it hasn't worked since installation!!! SOOOOO very disappointed as my cousin has one with no issues.... Wish me luck on maybe getting my money back and not having the lights!!!! ;/ I really wanted them!!! Should I call 7 on your side?????

    I just has my new Sunsetter Platinum Series 16 foot awning installed at a cost of $6362 and I could not be more disappointed in the quality and workmanship. The semi-cassette housing is bent, the valance I ordered was the wave style and it came with a straight valance. The material on the valance is so crooked and wrinkled that it does not hang straight, not at all like the pictures on their website. The fabric on the awning itself is tight on one side and sagging on the other side. I brought this to the attention of the installer and he claimed he could not see it. Wish I would have known how poor their quality and workmanship is, I would have gone with another company.

    i had a sunsetter awning installed about 7 years ago in that time i had 2 motors installed the first one it cots me $700 plus 250 to have the motor installed the second one was under the warranty -no cost- but getting someone the install the motor was impossible the company that did the installation would not return my call ans Sunsetter was totally unresponsive when contacted i wouldn't recommend this company i would suggest you find a local dealer with a different product

    doesnt stand by their promotional flyers buyer beware offered extras but since i went with their authorized dealer the promo was not added even thou the dealer was on mailer ! the flyer is like flypaper they get you stuck and let you down not cheap either $7000 and no promos

    Sunsetter ******************** in ******** is the worst of keeping their commitment in scheduling appointments. I attempted to have them replace the cloth during COVID but tried to understand their lack of follow up related to COVID but recently I have made attempts to schedule and have received absolutely a deafening response. I do not recommend this location.

    Had Sunsetter installed less than 2 years ago and spent thousands of dollars with this company. A few days ago my LED lights turned on without any one touching the remote and the awning would not retract in all the way. I called the dealer who installed awning and they wanted to charge me $250 to come out to diagnose the issue. Very frustrating Im being asked to pay for someone to diagnose the issue. I understand if the product was 5+ years old but its less than 2 years old. Wish Sunsetter would stand but their product. Right not I would not recommend the Sunsetter brand to anyone.
