      I purchased laminate flooring from Nonas in *********, Wi in May, 2023. Immediately after installation I called as the floors were uneven with big bumps and thresholds not nailed down. They sent one of the installers over and he nailed down the thresholds and said, It is a floating floor and being unlevel was to be expected. Floors should be flat, right. Now a year and a half later some of the boards are separating and the area around one of the toilets is not attached and crackles when walked on. I have called two numbers and was dismissed after being put on hold. I was then told to speak with the sales person. I called to speak to the sales person and was told she wasnt available but would return my call. She didnt, but I got a call instead from a flooring company that had nothing to do with the flooring installation and we were both confused as to why Nonns had him call me instead of responding themself. It was a faulty installation from the beginning and I contacted them immediately. Now a year and a half later, more problems and no response from Nonns. There is a warranty in place put they seem uninterested in addressing the problem.

      After receiving the complaint I reached out to my service team and the sales person of the job and no one had any message from the client about a current issue.   ***** the salesperson who sold the job did reach out to ******* for more detail, we now have the items that she feels needs to be addressed and we have set up a date and time for an inspection.  Once we have the results from the inspection we will communicate back to the client .

      On 11/23/22 $7,623 was issued to the builder (******) who paid Nonn's Flooring **** The flooring was installed in August of 2022 and we moved into the residence in November of 2022. The flooring in residence is defective, ******************************************************* February of 2023 a representative from ****** came to replace the defective boards, upon installation of the new boards he discovered the new boards were chipping the same way the existing boards did. A District Manger from Mannigton along with a representative from ****** came to my residence in early May 2023 to ***** the situation, the assessment was made that the flooring was indeed defective and a promise of a full replacement was issued. ****** has not returned any of my communication since May 16, ************************************************ disrepair. This issue has remained unresolved since November of 2022 and this is unacceptable, i need answers and my promise of a full replacement floor fulfilled ASAP.

      We apologize for the delay, we were waiting on the manufacturer to get back to us as Nonn's continued to press for full replacement of the floor.  We did receive word from our manufacturer's representative yesterday that a full replacement has been approved.  Nonn's will work with the manufacturer to get the flooring re-ordered and coordinate a removal and install date with the homeowner. Thank you
