I first would like to say that I reached out to them 3 to 4 times. They were very helpful at first. They had their employee come out and look at my issues from the builder destroying my cabinets. The builder got stain all over the cabinets, nails shot throw the cabinets and electrical outlets put inside cabinets that weren’t needed. The cabinets weren’t installed correctly by the builder as the appliances don’t fit into the cabinets. So I needed Nonn’s to come out to get me an estimate for all the cost of the cabinets and repairs. I showed them all the issues and then only gave me estimate for the bathroom. My quest is they care more about selling to the builder then taking care of the customer that pays the builder. I reach out to Beth many times and she decided to ignore my calls and then I was given a bad email to contact her. I’m now suing the builder and I’m a quadriplegic from the past war. This is the type of business they are. I served and was injuries serving my country and they are more concerned about the builder. This also shows how little they respect those who serve and make the sacrifices. They are more about the dollar then doing the right thing. All my cabinets are installed wrong and this forever home was to be built to accommodate for my disabilities. If they can do this to a combat veteran, who would want to have them do wrong in their home. This is why they are rated 1 star. All the counter tops don’t even look new either. When you put money before integrity, you have issues. As a service member of 2 wars and a disabled veteran I’d say not use this company
