      My first and only experience with this shop I felt I needed to share how terrible it was. The price I paid for the repair was probably fair but the overall quality of the service was unsatisfactory. I had front end damage to the drivers side of my vehicle, sub frame was bent, tie rods were busted, head lamp and front bumper and quarter panel were also damaged. The quote I received from the dealer was 12k, tender cars estimate was about 8500 and then discounted down to 7k. Which was given to me from John the owner. I worked with Mike the store manager, and brought my SUV in to the shop the week of Thanksgiving, and put down my 50% deposit. I expected with the damage sustained that the repair would take a few weeks, but overall the repair lasted almost 2 months. Everytime I called over the course of the repairs I had a very difficult time reaching anyone using the business phone number, to the point that the only way I could speak to someone is if I went to the shop in person. Then after that I obtained Mikes cell number to reach him directly. Even with the managers direct line it was still near impossible to reach him for updates on the vehicle. Once it finally came to the end of the repairs process, Mike said that he was going to inspect the vehicle before release of it and final payment. His inspection lacked quality, the seat belt assembly was not replaced and still locked from the prior accident, the spare tire was placed onto the vehicle and had a fastener screw imbedded into it, (and stock rim and tire was not replaced) the front bumper and impact bar had drywall screws fastened in to hold the parts together (as I was advised by a secondary body shop) the head lamps weren’t leveled out & even, and my radio wouldn’t shut off after I turned off the vehicle. And afterwards had a tough time getting in touch with the shop to get these items listed in the work order corrected and resolved and ended up having to goto a second shop to get my suv re repaired.

      Tender Car had my car for 6 or 7 weeks for body work. When I finally got the car back on Friday 11/22/24 I was I noticed the clock had stopped. It was off by 3 hours. The car would not start once it was turned off. I had to call *** for a jump start twice before I could get home. The battery would not hold a charge. The next day on Saturday 11/23 I had to call *** to get a jump start for the 3rd time so I could try to drive the car to where I could get a battery. I accidentally turned the car off using up all my service calls. The *** technician asked me if the car had been setting up. I told him it had been in for repairs for 7 weeks . He said I dont know if they were leaving lights on or what they were doing but they owe you a battery. On Monday 11/25 I called for my 4th jump start so I could drive the car to a Midas to get a battery. It cost me $95 for the jump start and $266 for the battery plus the installation and had cost me $23 for an **** to pick the car up on 11/22. When I asked Tender Car if they would give me a battery they said they had no issues with the car that it was probably time for me to get a battery that they only last 2 years. The original estimate by the insurance company to fix the car was $4500. Tender Car charged $6600 to fix the car. My insurance is going up $80 per month. I would never take my car there again.

      If I could rate them negative stars I would. This place is horrible they charged my insurance company $9,000 and did more damage and NOT one repair. STAY AWAY FROM THEM.

      I will never I mean never take my car or anyones car to Tender Care. I took my car in May 10 2024 . Didnt get an estimate until a week later. Tried to pick my car up the same day I received my estimate because I could see the ** I was getting. No I cant release the car without the owner being there. But didnt know the number to call him. ** for real. Kept my car and my insurance company had to pay over ***** for storage fee. Never again.

      Good experience very pleased with the customer service definitely would recommend friends and family gave me an estimated date and exceeded that date pleased by far with my services!!!!

      Absolutely poor communication, lack of trust and poor quality work. First upon dropping vehicle off, was told hwy 100 was closed where I had made the appointment and then had to drive to 717 **********************. Very crappy service at that location. Was suppose to get a ride to rental reservation; that never happened. I just picked my car up today from Jan. 15 till now Feb 27th. Upon checking work completed noticed a scratch on the work completed and repair guy had to put paint back on, then the whole deductible thing is a joke. Still had to come out of pocket for that. As Im inspecting my interior, my loose change is missing from my change cup. Called shop back and still no follow up. My best advise is to not use this collision shop. My life has been a nightmare for the last 40 days. Everytime I would call for update, no one knew nothing; I was always told a different story by different people. They need to train the staff. I was finally told that my part came in but a week later it didnt fit so they had to order a new one that ended up being on back order so they say. my part can in and then it didnt fit. They ended up ordering a new part that was back ordered so they say. All in all I the customer had to keep calling them. Talked to **** at one point and he supposedly set me up for text alerts in which I never received either. Just a bunch of foolery. Was promised 3 different completion dates. Once my car was completed I was told that they could drop it off. That didnt happened. Drivers out sick, decided to go pick up myself and thats where the chipped paint off new bumper was discovered along with missing loose coins inside vehicle. No stars can even be given!!!!!! Dont use!!

      Customer service was out of this world. I couldn’t be happier they worked with me on Eliminating my deductible, which I couldn’t be more thankful for the repairs were done fast, and I couldn’t be happier. Mike was the most awesome customer service representative I ever could’ve asked for he cared about my feelings and my concerns and work with me 100% on making sure everything was taken care of. I didn’t have to worry about anything I would recommend definitely to anybody could not be happier

      Absolutely horrible service front clip was not put back together right. The windshield end cowl piece on passenger side is missing. Called over a half dozen times they just keep jacking me around. This is a 2022 honda civic. The absolute worst business I ever had to deal with. I can't believe I surance companies would even deal with them. They had my vehicle almost 2 months before I got it back. They didn't even want to give it back to me. The owner was screaming at me just because I wanted my car back. I think these people are on *****. They shouldn't be in business at all. To bad they were already paid.

      I got a 2012 Chevy Silverado pick up it was in a hit-and-run in the parking lot ***** equals $6000 they did a wonderful job everything they told me they did on time they got it done sooner they blend the paint with the old paint you can’t tell anything they did a beautiful job I would recommend Tender Car to anyone and everyone I’m very happy with them **********
