  The front end of my car was smashed in after an accident. I went to Tender Car because they pay your deductible. It took them 8 weeks to fix my car and 3 separate times they said my car was painted and almost done. Come to find out they weren't even close to done. When they finally finished my car, they gave it back to me and we noticed the cowel wasn't even attached to the car. They tighten it back on and that's when they realized it wasn't on, because they never replaced it. They were supposed to order another part, never heard back. Fast forward a year later, my paint is already RUSTING not even a year later. They will not answer emails or phone calls from me anymore. I went and got an estimate somewhere else to fix my paint and my cowel, and it's going to run me another $1750 out of pocket to fix this company's mistake. I would highly recommend reading all the complaints on this company and know they are the shadiest people I've ever dealt with. Pay your own deductible and go to a reputable business. This owner nor his employees don't care any more.

  This is by far the worst auto repair shop ever! I chose this shop due to all the advertising and the deductible that would be paid. This shop has had my vehicle for over 1 month and a half. There has been absolutely no communication. I have been contacting them every other day to hear lies about when my car would be ready. I spoke with Moe, Ryan, and Mike but none of them were helpful. I was told that my vehicle would be ready for pick up on August 3, 2023, but that changed to August 16th, Now no one knows when it will be ready. I have run out of car rental coverage through my insurance as this company chooses to not communicate, is unprofessional, rude when I called, and just truly does not care about a customer. The advertising is fake, DO NOT BRING YOUR VEHICLE TO TENDER CAR unless you want to get screwed over. I even asked if I could speak with the owner of Tender Car John ******, There have been representatives who have lied and stated they would call me back, and just the latest on 8/18. I contact them every other day, and still, there are no answers? This is the worst place ever! Saving on your deductible is not worth it! Please go somewhere else unless you don't care about being screwed over. Everyone Tender Car is a fake, they lie, are unprofessional, DO NOT COMMUNICATE whatsoever, and will have your car for months without you knowing what's going on. By the way, they have lied to my insurance company as well, and continue to receive supplemental checks stating additional things are wrong with the vehicle. This is 2022, a bang in the front bumper and they are making it seem like the entire vehicle was crashed up or totaled. I am frustrated about this situation, however, I do not want anyone else to experience what I am experiencing, and still don't have my vehicle as of 8/29/2023.

  Tender car came and got my car on 7/11/23. Tender car had me thinking they were working on my car. Now they want to total it out . I kept telling Tener car that is not a regular Grand Prix. It's a GXP. LACK OF COMMUNICATION. HAD MY HOPES UP THINKING I WAS GONNA GET MY CAR BACK. No stars

  Worst car place in Milwaukee. They lie and manipulate. They are scammers. Had my vehicle since Hanuary, still haven't got the car back. They do not give update, they are unapologetic and they make new excuses each time I call them for the status. They said they could.fix the care but Cant get the parts in. They are the worst. They have poor communication. They are not trustworthy or reliable. Liars! Please do not go to Tender Car. They take money from your insurance company and do not fix the car as promised. I am considering filing a lawsuit because it's been 6 months.

  They were supposed to fix a problem that they fix improperly.They promised this and that.Still nothing.Its been months.My vehicle was taken in the month of February it is now June.They take your money,do a subpar job and they ghost you and finesse you..Ill never ever recommend them.Trust me ;pay your full deductible somewhere else, it will be so worth it.These guys on 76th street brag about state of the art this and that facility bla bla!!only reason they get one star is because I had to leave one.

  I've never been so angry and frustrated like this before. My car had a additional 211 miles added to my lease miles in addition my cargo area of car has been used to transport something that was dirty and very heavy. there is dirt and scratches all on the inside of my cargo area. My extra Cargo Hatch space latch is broken, It's obvious my car was used for the company or someone at their facility personal use. This is unauthorized and a violation of my trust from this company. How do you explain this to me? I emailed Tender Car from there website with a very detailed complaint regarding this and as I expected, I haven't received a reply back yet. I also called and left 2 messages for Ryan the District Manager to call me back, so far nothing yet. I know there are probably others out there that has had the same thing happened to them or suspected the same and probably blowed it off, this is equivalent to stealing my car because this was unauthorized usage of someone's personal vehicle. When I turn in this lease car, who suppose to pay for the damage in the back? It definitely shouldn't be me since I didn't put the damage there. Tender Car it's in your better interest to contact me regarding these very serious accusations that I have against you.

  First let me start by saying unfortunately, tender car has serviced two of our vehicles in the past and did an amazing job. However, i've had to use their service again and now they have a staff that has no clue as to what they're doing. As of today, they've had my car for a month and ten days and they still have not called me to inform me that my car is ready for pickup. My insurance with the insurance company expired on 5/6 and tender car refuses to give me a loaner or reimburse me for having to still use the rental at my expense. I have express to them how fair it is for them not wanting to reimburse me for the rental. I'm praying that someone or the BBB can help me with this matter!!!!

  This company is totally incompetent these clowns had messed up my front bumper and under body carriage. I have to have my car repaired again by another autobody shop to correct the shady job work they did on my car. I would never take my car to these crooks ever again. They need to stop doing those commercials trying to get business what joke.

  My car has been in the hands of this business since January 15,2023 it is now 3/9/2023 . My car still isn’t finished just for a rear bumper repair. I have called several times and spoke to several ppl and have been promised several dates of completion and they have all been lies, every-time I called someone tells me my vehicle will be completed by tomorrow and it still isn't done. In the beginning they would not stop calling until my insurance company sent the supplement after that I was told that the parts were on back order , then they told me that I had to bring in the old pieces of the bumper to see of it could be salvaged. And after all of that I have still have yet to receive a date of completion. I have been calling this last past month and been told its been waiting to be painted and buffed… still waiting waiting on my vehicle This PLACE GETS 0 stars. Its not worth half of the deductible that they pay take your money and go else where! I went to pick up my vehicle and it wasn't there the guy told me it wasn't drivable and they would fix for free if I took down my review from google! They are FRAUDS and will ruin you car for a bad review. Called the owner and left several message never got a call back
