      I paid for a boarding kennel for my dog. No one told me the first night reservation fee would be non refundable $50 to hold the kennel. I had to cancel my trip the same day I bought the kennel but no one picked up my phone call. I called the next day because I still no longer needed use of the kennel and asked if the $50 reservation could be refunded to me. They said no. I also gave them enough canceling notice so its not like they were turning customers away because of me. So then I said,well I would still like to get classes through you guys after the manager at the Racine location and I set up a date and time for classes, **** told ***** just $50 to reserve the spot for the class evaluation thats when I got upset because I just gave them $50 for nothing, no service and I spent an additional $45 in their dog shop (for toys, treats and things) and $15 on behavioral evaluation for my dog to be scored on what kind of boarding he would require. I even tipped the lady. And now the manager was telling me it was going to be another additional $50 for reservation of the class which in the end would cost me $800+ for the classes themself, so in all total they would be getting money from me. Its less about the refund and more about the morality. I didnt receive anything $50. I understand if things were non refundable but I wasnt even made aware of that in the first place. But even so, $800+ of classes from me would be a benefit, versus now they are losing a customer and when others ask me about this place I only have a frustrating experience. I believe the Better Business way would be to transfer the reservation to the reservation of the trainer for classes. But instead they want to just consume money at this place.

      I have put in a call to the complainant twice and asked her to call the location with her credit card for a refund. As of yesterday, she has not called back.
