      Our Graham loves PetU! Looking forward to our upcoming obedience classes. He loves doggy day care and we love enjoying a relaxed evening with him. 5 stars. Update: Graham was expelled from day care 9/16 due to “excessive mounting” until he is “trained”. Mind you at the time of this event, our training classes at PetU started in a week- however, Graham knows all basics commands and listens well. He is just a hyper one year old that needs lots of exercise. At home and at dog park (2-3 hours a day on non daycare days) we have not seen excessive mounting whatsoever. He is always the one being mounted. We are unable to correct the behavior as a result, and according to PetU, neither are they due to “safety reasons”. When employee asked us why we would like to cancel our obedience classes (and subsequent daycare) they spent more time interrupting us, being fairly defensive, than listening to our concerns and questions. We trusted PetU to professionally care for our pup a couple days a week. We didn’t need someone to train our dog while he was a daycare, but expected some level of behavior correction if need be. We have been going to Pet City now for the past 4 days (full days). No problems with excessive mounting. It makes us question the amount of time he was kenneled during our boarding day and care Graham was receiving at PetU that he would be so stressed/anxious/hyper to be “excessively mounting”. 3 stars.
