      This company will tell you one thing and then do another and they will charge you money without doing the work. Save yourself ALOT of expense, hassle, and stress and use a different company. I gave one star but only because they wouldn't let me give zero stars. I use COSCO now and have been very happy.

      In my 20+ years of purchasing & facilities management they are by far the worse supplier I've ever worked with. What I would refer to as a 'high maintenance' supplier - very high maintenance. The techs are all pretty good & not the problem. The problem is all internal - their response time, customer service, scheduling jobs, getting reports back & good luck with invoices - make sure you scrutinize them very carefully because they're usually incorrect (and not in your favour!)Be prepared to wait weeks, if not months for responses on important fire system related issues and billing problems that go on and on. Be prepared to spend way more time than you should on following up and chasing down issues they should be contacting you about. Horrible, horrible, extremely overpriced supplier.

      Not recommended at all, beware of this company, they lock you in a 5 year contract and before you signing it they tell you you can cancel it anytime you want but you cant, they are lying to you, now Im stuck with a contract for 4 more year

      We purchased a lemon high efficiency Champion AC unit about 4 years ago. On day one, before they installed the new AC they changed out the coil! Since then, we had nothing but problems and were left with no air for days and months... We replaced multiple coils, mother board, condensor etc. Today we are going on 4 weeks with no AC again and we need another coil replaced... Warranty wants us to pay for labor and the gas only to have this issue again and again since the parts are defective. They need to recall these units!! DO NOT buy this AC brand and stay away from Johnson Controls products, there is no customer service, no when cares... not even their distributors in the ***** Bay are care.

      Absolutely terrible company to work with. BEWARE! Bought a building that had a Johnson Control fire alarm system already installed. Its a proprietary system so you're stuck right there unless you want to have a whole new one built. Took a week to figure out who to reach out to to discuss our needs. It took them 2 months to set up our account which should take less than 48 hours. They are almost impossible to schedule and I'm still out of luck and have the insurance company breathing down my neck. This whole process has now taken 12 weeks and I still don't have a working system! After literally begging them to schedule me, they set up a date. Unfortunately that technician ran into an issue with the weather and had to turn around 20 minutes before being at the property. I was told they were going to reach out right away to get it rescheduled. No call for an additional week and a half so I called them. They gave me a date two weeks from now because of technician training all of next week. I hope they are training more than just the technicians. This company wont do you any favors and they act as if they are doing you a huge favor for even talking to you. Cant stress it enough, if you have an option elsewhere, take it! Buyer beware!

      Very poor management as I receive two bill today for **** and my contract stated it should be 259 dollar and I did a 3 year audit on jci and found they owe my company ****** from three years ago

      Low tech equipment meets below average service for outrageous costs! I can’t begin to explain how awful this company is in a short review. That’s said, I have spent thousands of dollars on alarm and surveillance hardware only to have it fail most of the time. If you want quality cameras or a decent alarm system, you can purchase them yourself and install them for a fraction of the cost that Johnson Controls-Tyco Integrated Security will charge you. Save time and money and don’t work with this company!

      MY ************* was previously Richmond Alarm and they were bought out by Johnson Controls. I heard a rumor this was a Private Equity Deal but I did not confirm it. In any case, I was not informed of the sale and I started receiving invoices from this company. I was previously on auto billing and that was dropped in the transfer. It took a number of calls to straighten that out. Their call center is very understaffed and is based in some other country - the reps refused to tell me where. They were very unhelpful. Moreover, when I tested my alarm, I received no call from the monitoring service. I cancelled my service. I had to provide 30 days notice (which I believe to be a practice designed to wrangle another month of fees) . Despite my cancellation, I continued to get bills, I am still in process of working through the cancellation. This company provides a terrible customer experience and is clearly wringing every cost it can to pump up their profitability.
