1 starImpossible to get thru their phone prompting. They continued to charge our account for a leased equipment after it was received 3 weeks prior. I had to provide the proof of delivery to their address so they could put in a refund request that would take 7-10 days for not doing their job. Stay away, no accountability and it's painful trying to get a hold of a customer service representative.Review fromHeung Yu N

Filed a debit card dispute with them, got the case number. Called to check a couple days later, they said case cannot be found. Tried again to file a dispute, again the next time I called, they said case cannot be found. Do not do business with this company.Fiserv, Inc.

I have been with this company nearly 9 years and rarely need customer service however when I did it was horrible. A part of the Duo machine broke and I was told I needed a new machine through Clover even though I use an outside provider. I was told all my machines thru clover would work together but the do not as there are different merchant IDs on the machines. I was able to get my service contract cancelled through clover as they set up everything knowing it would not work. The same person who did this also had me sign the lease agreement with **********. The machine they sent me has not been touched or used but they will not let me out of the lease. All I want them to do is change the programing on the machine but they state it cannot happen. I have offered to return the machine and pay market value of the machine if they would have me sent a machine with a merchant ID matching my current provider. I have called twice to get no resolution and emailed twice to never get a response. Obviously they are nice as can be until you sign a lease then you will never hear from them again, Very disappointed as a small business owner.Fiserv, Inc.

If there was a zero rating I would use that for Fiserv is the most despicable, unscrupulous, corrupt, fraudulent and deceptive company in the **. They are the King of Customer NO SERVICE. They back charge ACH fees as far back as a year and have zero representatives if you wait for 2 hrs to get their sorry butts on the phone that speak English. Fiserv is sheer C*** ?? Avoid at all costsFiserv, Inc.

Literally 0 stars not 1 like I had to pick. I signed up through a 3rd party, appstar, to get a clover system for my small business. Was told it would be $274/month and that it would include the operating apps, loyalty program, online ordering, marketing, gift cards... NOPE those were all an additional $374 through Clover. Fast forward, my husband has ** and is quickly losing mobility causing us to have to close our business. IMPOSSIBLE to work with! There is $500 cancelation fee for Clover (that Clover is rude about and refusing to budge on), then fiserve wants $12000 for the equipment $9000 if we send it back. They too are rude with a lot of "you have already had this explained to you" i undedstand a contract is a contract but it isnt l I ke I wanted my husband to become disable and want to pay $50K+ in medical bills a year. They could work with us but refuse to. Now we are facing possibly having to file for bankruptcy- one more unnecessary worry when I should be focusing on my husbands health!Fiserv, Inc.

Fiserv got it wrong! Their mistake has caused a simple clerical error to go unresolved for over a month. I paid a water bill and my account was charged twice, but the water company only got one payment, I asked that my bank, ********** **********, dispute the charge. I was given the credit for the payment by the bank until Fiserv told them that the water company paid me back, which didnt happen because the water company only received one payment. I got two debits due to a technical glitch by ****. Fiservs report was misinformed and has caused any resolution to be further delayed. A bank employee confessed to me that it was better when they handled their own disputes. All of this would be easy to understand by just looking at my account history. I guess they were to busy to do that. When I called them directly they wouldnt tell me anything, saying that the case was closed. From what I can see, they do more harm than good.Fiserv, Inc.

We had a person who used a fraudulent card on our services and had a chargeback/fraud review. They have held more than 50K of charges made by our clients. We have used them for years with no issue and had a good relationship. Now we are on hold for hours. Analysts who are supposed to call and review our account do not contact us during scheduled calls. Everyone in their client services department states they can't do anything but schedule calls. Their client services also make commitments to call back in 48 hours, and we are now over 1 week, with nobody calling back. This is the worst-run client services organization I have ever had the misfortune to deal with. I would give them negative stars if given the opportunity.Fiserv, Inc.

Clover has recently made the decision to make devices "obsolete" in order to force customers to buy new devices. It is the equivalent of if your phone company called tomorrow and said sorry we are no longer going to let you make calls on your phone anymore so go buy a new phone. What is even crazier about this is they are going to charge $100 a device for it being on your account even if you do not use it. There is no compensation or replacement plan to make up for the thousands of dollars in devices that they are no longer going to allow. It is just a greedy plan of planned obsolescence that they have zero desire to rectify or help with. Be very careful as the money you invest in them will become outdated whenever they desire.Fiserv, Inc.

FISESV is a POS servive company. They called us and tricked us into trying their service. When we found out that they charge credit card service fees, we emailed the rep and said that we do not want it. He did not reply, but went ahead and sent us the equipment anyway. We emailed him wanted to return the equipment, he stopped replying to our emails completely. They charged us $53.80 a month until we found out 6 months later. We call their customer service, and they said that we have to pay them $72 and send the equipment back to them so that they can close the account. This sounds like this "company" is scamming their patrons, wether they use their servive or not. Is there a lawyer out there that may want to start a class action lawsuit??Fiserv, Inc.

Absolute terrible experience with them. Would give a 0 star rating if I could. Have been a small business owner for 8+ years, and they shut down my account /card processing machine in the middle of the day without any warning. Tried to contact them and could not reach ANYONE, so I went with another credit card processing company. 4 months after they closed my account, they sent me a bill for over $16,000 due to a compliance fine (which I still have no idea what this is about). Contacted the person who sent me the email with the fine and she said she doesn't know, gave me the number to security/risk and told me to call them. I am now on hold for 1 hour and 52 minutes (and counting) with no one answering the phone on a Wednesday afternoon. I have not received any information on what the compliance fine is for, they just expect me to pay them $16k after shutting down my account randomly without warning after 8 years!!! Horrific, greedy, corrupt company that needs to be shut down immediately.Fiserv, Inc.
