      We ordered windows and siding from Bliffert via RYNO Homes (contractor). We have encountered numerous issues on this project including Bliffert ordering a window in the wrong size. Lead time on windows at the time was 6-8 weeks, so we were delayed in having the contractor install the windows and complete the siding, ie complete the project. Additionally, we were told the standard color of siding and corner wraps we ordered were readily available and in stock, but when it came time for delivery, they suddenly were on back order, once again delaying the project. The most significant issues we are having now is completing the details of the project. We have had to wait on correct window sashes two separate times, each with a lead time of 6 weeks or more and wait for the service tech to come out to "inspect" issues with the windows after installation (and then being told they are not qualified to preform service of that nature, only the manufacturer, ie ****** windows, can do that.) I literally took time from work to walk the service technician around our home to show him the issues. He agreed that there was another sash that needed to be replaced and he took a picture of it, however, after another 6 weeks of waiting, came out and replaced a sash on a completely unrelated window in a different room. And it was even the same technician! We are still waiting for the screen doors on for our French doors and were told they would be installed today as well, but then found out after the fact today, that they are now on back order with no date for restocking! We have waited over 6 months for these issues to be resolved, and we are no closer to a solution today than 6 months (or even 10 months ago when this project started). I have spoke to multiple people in the company and continue to be lied to and told different stories with each person I talk with. I have contacted the contractor as well, and he is also clueless.
