      I ordered 9 doors to be custom stained. The person Bruce ******* who ordered them ordered one door with the wrong swing. So Bruce recorded the door when it came it was lighter then the other 8 doors. The factory rep inspected the door and said it was too light and ordered another one. When it came it was 3 different colors one side was close to the other 8 doors the other side was too dark and the door jam was really dark. But bliffert said they will not reorder another one unless I pay for another door. As I did not want to purchase another door I had to take it,but when installed the jam was way too dark, so i had to order a new jam at a cost of $87.00 plus delivery. I feel that bliffert does not care about their customers.
