      Ahmed helped me with the purchase of a used 2020 f150. Normally I dread having to talk to sales people as I find most of them pushy. Ahmed was a pleasure to work with. At no point did I feel pressure about the sale. He simply did his job and provided me with info and answers to questions and made this experience one of the best used car buying experiences I’ve had. Would definitely go back and work with Ahmed again. Thank you

      I will continue to lease or purchase my cars at Uptown because I get straight answers from their employees and because I respect Ford Motor's products.

      Uptown’s Team is second to none! The entire car lease experience was first rate. John ******* had my car ready when promised and answered all my questions. Kristina handled the financial side with efficiency and in a friendly fashion. This is my 3rd Uptown lease. We have always been extremely pleased with both the sales and service department (thank you Corey).

      Very impressed and happy with the service we received in purchasing our 2018 F150! Although there was a little glitch in the beginning. Communication wasn't followed through on initially. However, we received an apology and from there on out, things were great! We appreciated having all of our questioned answered and being treated with respect. Brian * and Ruth ** were very knowledgeable and also very nice!

      Great service, they take the time to explain best options for your purchase. Very good experience overall. I would recommend Uptown for a car lease or purchase.
