    My first order with Wantable was great! I have used ****** *** for years and wanted to try something new. I loved the quality of the clothes and kept more than half my order. I love the variety of clothes and the complete process was so easy!

    Had a subpar experience on my first box, and their customer service reached out to see how they could make it right. They waived my styling fee, made some notes, and I got 4 staples I was looking for! Give it a shot, they'll listen!

    Ive only received one box so far, but I greatly enjoyed unwrapping it and you got my name right! The stylist paid attention to my strong preference for natural fabrics. Trying everything on was a treat, though a few of the items werent quite me. I kept a pretty dress and a lovely blouse, and Im looking forward to my next box!!!

    Avoid this company like the plague! Their business practices are unethical and shady to say the least. I had COVID and could hardly move so I couldn't get my edit back to them in the allotted time. I reached out to them for an extension and they did grant that. I sent all of the pieces back to them but somehow they still tried to charge me for the full amount. When I tried to ask why, they said it was because I didn't return the items on time and that I had kept some of the items. When I refused to pay for the items they claimed I kept, they sent me to collections! I had no idea about this until I applied for a loan and discovered that I had a collections ding on my credit report. I am currently trying to figure out how to resolve this. I have sent them an email so let's see if they actually respond. Based on other reviews, I'm thinking this is going to be an uphill battle. Steer clear of this awful company.

When we received your order back and not all the items were returned, we did attempt to bill you for those items but were unable to. When we reached out to you about the failed payments, you inquired about payment plan options. Our customer service representatives were ready to set up a plan for you, but we never heard back. After not hearing back from you after months and several emails, we did have to send your order to collections.     This company is horrible they offer you deals then make you go through their questions then say your first order is 10 dollars or sometimes nothing because their giving you a deal then they charge your card 20 dollars for each edit which this last time I ordered two they show you the charge then it comes off my card then the next day I try to log on and I cat wanting to see when my delivery will be and then I look at my acct and they tried charging my card a hundred dollars but this time I put a block o my card after the second 20 dollar charge *** they didn't do that again to see if they would try and so their charge for 100 didn't go through then I put a complaint o ******** cuz I couldn't log on to my acct to find out what to he he others trying to do next thigthey did was refund my fortune dollars there scams I have never received a box from them and I'm still waiting on the box I paid for that they didn't refund for 5 dollar edit but I can't log o to talk to anyone and haven't received it. So if you need to watch your accts last time they charged me 200 and the charge went through .

    Awful dishonest company, never bought anything. Fist box, nothing under 80$, not what I filled out in my profile, complained, next box same, thought I cancelled, sent me another box of the same overpriced garbage but left out a pair of 98$ jeans, probably hoping I wouldnt notice. Sent them an email stating that item wasnt included and wanted to be assured I wasnt charged for it, sent back an email apologizing and gave me a 10$ credit I never planned to use because it was ALL sent back, only to charge me for a shirt I didnt buy. Shipping and styling credits go in their pocket not towards anything bought or stacked. Company is a low level scam scum. Contacted to let them know I kept and purchased nothing and expect a refund. Service definitely canceled and hope to never deal with them again outside a refund.
