All and all they're a pleasure to do business with. Only issue I've run into is when they sent me a wrong item that i didn't order and acted like they were doing me a favor by waving the return fee to send the wrong item back even tho they were the ones who screwed up.

I like the special edits more than I do the regular styles, to be honest. I can't afford to buy everything in the bag, but it's nice to get something new that I might not have thought to buy myself. I also love not having to go to a store and a dressing room. ?Wantable, Inc.

Overall general service is really good. I love the different edits and the quality of clothes never disappoints. The stylists get it right about 90% of the time. Every now & then I’ll get one where it’s pretty obvious that the stylist didn’t read my notes & just winged it. I hate to give them 3 stars bc I truly do love the service & it’s one of my favorite subscriptions. However, they need help in the customer service department, especially when it comes to first contact. It’s like the 1st contact person has no common sense, which comes across to me as antagonistic, rude, and curt. I’ve worked in some form of customer service all my life; so it’s a real sore point for me. That’s why the 3 stars. I really love the service and how it’s set up. It’s very effective and it works. And all the clothes are fabulous! They just got to work on that one area of importance.Wantable, Inc.

I absolutely love wantable. They're a little more pricey than ****** ***. However, they ship fast and you get to pick a lot of your options. I really do love vulnerable. It takes all I can to not order boxes constantly.Wantable, Inc.
