    They were so responsive after my phone call at 2:30 in the morning and got someone out around 7:30 and Isaac was able to getour clog taken care of so we had water to use. So grateful.

    We have used Blau Plumbing for a variety of needs over the years. Isaac did a great job on repairing a malfunctioning toilet and kitchen sink mechanism. He explained the problems and the corrections. Isaac is definitely an asset to Blau Plumbing. We continue to work with them on our future needs.

    AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS Outrageously High Prices Untrained, Incompetent Staff Shady, High-Pressure Sales Tactics This was the worst experience Ive ever had with any service company. They demand full payment upfront but fail to deliver any results. The technician they sent was clueless about basic plumbing (toilets!) and had to call someone else for helpyet they still couldnt fix the issue or even diagnose the ********** add insult to injury, they charged us despite accomplishing NOTHING. Who does that? When I called to discuss their failure, I was met with an absurd response: We can come back out to recheck it, but it wont fix anything. Are you kidding me?This company is a complete scam. Save your money, your time, and your sanitytake your business elsewhere.
