    Couldn't believe how fast they got our new water heater installed. Called at 9 am and finished by 3:30 pm. GREAT!!!

    Had a Trane Furnace end of February 2022 was quite the experience they sent a trainee and an installer who really only cared about the fact that he had 24 hours to retirement. With a lot of bang and pounding and some other noises 91/2 hours later furnace was installed. Since then we have had nothing but problems this company cannot fix to this day I still have to turn my A/C off manually, Thermostat will not turn it off and I had the A//C unit checked a few weeks after install was given A+. I had a 13 year old furnace that was more efficient than the brand new Trane furnace I had installed and now I just got notified my Electric Bill is going up $43.00 a month. This firm has no idea what they are doing when it comes to furnace install, But I can say THEY ARE VERY VERY GOOD AT BLAMING PAST FURNACE INSTALL FOR ALL MY PROBLEMS NOW. Don't Figure my 13 year old furnace that need approx. a $2000 part replaced was more efficient than the new furnace I have now. Do yourself a very big favor and buy any furnace than a Trane Furnace if u have to deal with these people because they are not what they came to be when it comes to Furnace install One more thing could not give less than 1 star they do not deserve any STARS

    Update was not as informed as I thought I was it seams that for the midwestern ************* you should figure 60 BTU pre square foot of your home. My house is **** Sq. Ft. which works out to be ****** BTU and I was assured at time of quote That they would make sure I got a equilent

    I was supposed to been given quote to replace my old furnace wiyh one as good as my old one. Well did not work out that way I do not recall if I was informed of the *** of the furnace they sold me, but I can tell you this for sure the new furnace they sold me is now costing me $840.00 dollars a year more for just electric, will not know gas increase till heating season will update again then

    I'm Back, Left a review a while back needed to leave a little up date on how things are progressing's. These so called Furnace Experts sold me a furnace furnace for a 900 sq ft. house. Which should get a ***** BTU furnace. My house is between **** sq ft and **** sg ft. Which should get a ***** btu furnace I did not know that at the time I know that now Which is now all to late. I did not know I would have to know more about furnaces that the people who deal in them and ***** came very highly recommended to me the thing I could get was the same installers. With warm winter we have had and taking into the account for the slight increase we energies was given they have managed to raise my utility bill for the heating season so about 60 dollars a month . Most heating strive to want help cut costs not this one seems they like to help you increase you expenses. It is going to be an extreme hardship sense my wife and I are on social security but I have company coming to give quote on replacing my 1 year old furnace with proper ***** btu furnace like it should be. So in short IF YOU A COMPANY THAT HAS NO IDEA WHAT RIGHT FOR YOUR HEATING NEEDS BY ALL HIRE THESE GUYS .
