    I had this company manage a 3 unit building for about one year . They collected the rents , on the first , and waited 2 weeks to deposit them . Sometimes it took until the 3rd week of the month for the deposit. They made accounting errors , and did not respond to any requests to correct them . They did not respond to tenants’ requests for maintenance. When a refrigerator went out , they charged me 79.00 to tell me it was not working , but did not notify me in a timely manner so that it could be replaced. They did not seem to have a plan for replacing it , so I took care of it myself . Basically, they didn’t do anything for the fee I was paying them . Very inept at managing anything , They blamed the computer for any mistakes .
