Bally Sports sold to Fanduel/Diamond Sports, I was forced to move my account to Fanduel and have been charged by Bally Sports each month since the buyout of Fanduel. For the past 5 months, I have been charged by both companies and I can't get through to Bally Sports to rectify the issue. When I call the number on my credit card statement, I get ****** and they don't recognize Bally Sports. Very frustrating. Please help get me a refund and cancel my Ballys Account. I tried logging into the bally sports app today to watch the Brewers when I see that they've updated their terms of use and that in order to sign in I need to accept the new terms. There is no way around this feature which means that even to log into cancel my account I would have to accept their new terms. I reject their new terms. As such I am unable to sign in or cancel my account. Furthermore, the service which I've already paid for on August 2nd I am now unable to use so I need a full refund for this month. I tried going through their help but the person on the other side doesn't understand the issue and just keep sending me links to the login site. I have repeatedly told the person that I am unable to sign in because I reject their new terms and that I need a refund for this month because the product that I paid for I'm no longer allowed to useInitial Complaint

I subscribed to Bally sports for the ************** season until the end of September 2024. Our local ******* dropped Bally so we had to pay an additional ***** to stream Bally sports. We recently moved to a new town and now I cannot get Bally sports because it is more than 50 miles from my previous zip code. In order to change my zip code I would have to cancel my account and re-subscribe at an additional charge. I paid for my subscription until the end of September so I should be able to have my zip code updated at no charge. Ballys business model is not for the consumer, they just want to make a profit. I have two months left on my subscription and I should be able to continue to use it at my current home/ zip code. Bally wants to charge me an additional subscription charge to open an account with my current zip code. This is wrong, I should not have to pay double for the same service.Initial Complaint

I went to Ballysports.com, set up an account, and started the free subscription to Bally Sports.com on May 26. I canceled the subscription the same day since we decided to go with DirectTV, which offered Bally Sports. I thought all was good. Then I received an email on June 3 I received an email for the receipt of payment for the subscription for $189.00. This is the same subscription I canceled online. I immediately emailed them of the error and I wanted a refund. I still have not received a refund. They kept asking me to go back in and cancel but they are not responding to my refund request. I didn't want to go back in because I didn't want to show any activity on this account to again to prove them I wasn't using it. I did go back in today and canceled AGAIN. I signed up for a yearly Bally Sports subscription in April of 2023. This year when it auto-renewed on 4/27/2024, I was charged the yearly subscription fee twice. I waited to see if it would drop off like some errors do and it did not so on 5/2/24 I contacted Bally Sports customer support e-mail. After multiple back and forth exchanges they continue to insist that there was only one charge. I have told them and also e-mailed them confirmation numbers and screen shots showing the two charges and they have not given me a refund. They continue to insist that there is only one charge. I have escalated this with PayPal and my credit card company but I wanted to escalate here as well. I asked them for a refund for the subscription altogether since I was so unhappy with their customer service and they told me I'm not eligible for a refund. So I signed up for BallySports+ their streaming subscription on 11/6/2023. I have not been able to use the service I paid for because something on their end is preventing me from accessing the service promised. So I have been having trouble with my bally sports app for going on 2 weeks now and today I decided to cancel the subscription... So I tried calling and was on hold. Took the text back option. So I went through the hoops with that. Stated all my info and then it asked how it could help, I said cancel subscription. Then it prompted another response and said it would connect me to a representative... Nothing more. So I tried emailing them, using the provided email. Email invalid.... Went on the app to cancel the subscription, had a place to cancel. But then prompts you that you need to cancel on the website. So I go to the website. Website doesn't load..... Bally Sports Wisconsin is not allowing MKE Bucks vans to watch the last two games due to technical issues. We pay 20$ a month for steaming services and they refuse to refund or fix the problem. They have had issues for a long time but this has just been recently the last two games. Its a terrible streaming service that always has problems, ALWAYS! It works before the game but not during. Bally Sports charges $20/month for streaming service. Their streaming service DOES NOT WORK. I wanted to watch the milwaukeee bucks play basketball but for 2 games in a row the service was unavailable. When I try to log into the app or the website it won't load at all. When I try to log in with my TV it won't work at all. When I call customer service I was on Hold for 45 minutes with no answer. While on hold the pre-recorded voice told me I can text them instead of waiting. When I text them they reply with "We're currently experiencing unusually high messaging volume. Please try again later." So their website won't work. Their app won't work. They don't answer the phone and they don't reply to text messages? How on earth am I supposed to cancel my subscription? This whole situation is giving me scam vibes. They're literally taking money and providing absolutely no service. It's theft. They belong in prison for robbing probably millions of people for $20/month.
