    Zero stars if possible. Horrible company. You dont get the service you pay for and good luck trying to cancel. They are not American. Dont waste your money. They wont cancel your subscription and they will hang up on you.

    Bally Sports is the worst. App often has problems and even when it doesnt they dont always broadcast your teams games in your area (especially for the Bucks). On top of that the customer service is almost never helpful and they dont even allow you to register a complaint or speak with a manager. They just take your subscription money.

    Cant get the Bucks game - only through Ballys and the app spins and spins.Worse app ever. Complete waste of money.

    Signed up online to Bally Sports+ Wisconsin to watch live Brewers games as advertised on their website. Appears to be blatant false advertising because I am unable to watch live games in the Bally Sports+ app. There is no way to contact support on their website to request a refund for their $20/month subscription fee.

    The online platform misleads customers to think programming is scheduled at a specific time. Specifically, the programming often is unavailable at times listed. Workforce quality and efficiency is presumed low provided the national wage increase.
