    All city towing stole my car they were supposed to tow a different car and it wasn't there so they towed mine without checking license or verifying it's the right car. My wife went to work and car was towed by error they said.how can that happen

    Thank you for bringing this matter to the BBB. You are correct, we did tow your vehicle in error. The City of Milwaukee uses a cell phone app to order tows for illegally parked vehicles. The vehicle we were supposed to tow was the same color and type of car and was parked next to yours. Our driver checked the plate of the car next to you and then when he got back into his truck, he backed up to yours by mistake. It was in the middle of the night and your street is very dark. We admit we towed your vehicle in error, but the driver did not mean to, it was 100% a mistake and we are very sorry for that. When we talked on the phone, we asked what we could do to help, and you didn't ask for anything. We did also call back later that day and leave you a voicemail. We would love to be able to talk to you again to help alleviate the stress from mistakenly towing your vehicle. Please call our office on your time, ************
