On Saturday, April 5th, around midnight, my car was wrongfully towed at ********* by this company. My friends and I were verbally harassed by the men that towed my car and the woman working the office of their establishment. There was confusion since we stopped into the restaurant next door first because some of our group changed their minds once we got there and wanted to go across the street instead, but we were still going to ********* after. We did not want to split up for safety reasons. The men towing admitted their mistake once a Cheba Hut worker came out, and said they would leave a note so I did not have to pay to get my car. They lied, did not leave a note, and I had to pay $373 plus a $10 ATM fee, since they only take cash, to get my car back. I would like to be reimbursed for the $383 wrongfully taken from me.

On March 29th at approximately:28 p.m. of 2024 my vehicle GMC terrain was told from a lot at ****************************************************** uploaded a picture to show there was no signage saying that that parking lot belong to ********* where my vehicle was parked at. When I called to pick up my vehicle they told me it would be $438 if I did not have insurance they charged me $65 for not having *************** I do not believe this is legal they are they are tricking the public with having no signs in parking spaces saying that it's *********. Then when you park in this lot they will come and tow your stuff and inform you that the whole lot belongs to ************* there's no signage indicating this they also cannot charge people $65 for not having auto insurance this is not a federal agency nor state agency this is a towing company that I believe is not running a legit business. The lady who when I called concerning my vehicle being told was very rude and nasty and said she been towing vehicles for 13 years of course when I arrived to the facility she was nowhere in sight the young man that they have working at the facility really has no idea what's going on they pulling people vehicles for anywhere and they are falsifying to the public about location of parking. The public is not aware due to the sign signage being limited in certain areas that it is owned by ********** I don't know how many vehicles they have told from this area but they definitely need to be looked into because I believe this company is doing fraudulent Towing.

I believe the amount they charge is unethical, and they don't take the time to verify things. I had a new vehicle the office of the property I live on. Wasn't available for a sticker, and don't handle things in an urgent matter.

The night of 7/8 my car was towed by Brew City. I picked my car up on Monday 7/8. I took pictures. I asked the lady taking my $398 to explain the invoice. She said they use special equipment bc they have no keys and they dont want to damage. I drove home. I work from home part of the week so the best time I drive my car is Wednesday. I hear a noise coming the back end. My neighbor comes over and we look under car to see that the metal inside the bumper has been bent and the rubber covers are missing most of the anchor like screws holding it in place. Thinking that is the noise, we zip tie where the screws were. Thursday I drive and still hear a noise. I drove to mechanic Friday morning so they can hoist it up and see what is going on. They find my rear passenger shock is bent and broken clean thru, the plastic boot mangled. He said they strapped it here and bent it. There was no rust or corrosion, it was bent and snapped. I paid for a new shock bc obviously not safe to drive. I called the tow company and was told if I drive it off the lot they arent responsible and hung up. Now Im no mechanic but In dont see how any reasonable person could detect that damage while its stored on their gravel lot. When they told me I paid for the special charger I assumed those precautions were actually taken but it seems that did not happen. I have a certified mechanic that will write an affidavit attesting that the shock damage was not attributed to me. I had a 100 point inspection at the dealer the months prior and shocks were not faulty. Shocks do not bend in this way per the mechanic this has to be someone actively pulling it. I have pictures and the shock as evidence. I have another appointment in Monday at an auto body shop for repairs to the bent metal inside the bumper and the bumper cover reattachment. And this is all I know so far. With this luck they may find more but hopefully not. I wanted them to file a claim with their insurance carrier or pay me for the damage
