      Brew City sold auto to family sold auto to family member and never we received title to auto after a year of trying to receive it from them. Complaint made to Consumer Protection State of WI *********

      I want to know how this company is in business. How are they allowed to charge 2-3 times the fees that they City lot charges. They lie and swear they use special equipment. but there are skid marks from where they dragged the truck are there and they acknowledge dragging my truck. $400 for a tow. This business should be shut down!

      Brew City Towing unethical and fraudulent!!.. My 80-year mother-in-law moved into an elderly living facility and my husband went to check on her and when he came back his car was towed. He was wrong for parking in the lot, that was not the issue. They charged us $400 (IN CASH ONLY) to get our car back. They even have a cash machine in their place of business. This business is over charging and price gouging the citizen of *********, WI. We thought okay, $150 or $200 to get the car out of tow. NO $400 dollars. Then they act like they are the police by asking for insurance like they are law enforcement. They charge more than the city tow lot. This should be against the law. The major and alderman should be ashamed of themselves for contracting with this terrible company. ********* is the poorest city in Wisconsin, they are getting rich off the poor and underserved. Why do they only take cash? Cash can't be tracked. Imagine how many 400 tows they charge per day? Terrible customer service. I will also be putting this on social media and tagging my alderwomen and Mayor.

      I had a rental car that was towed on 12/30 after my apartment office was closed. I had to pay 373. I parked car at a friends house overnight to keep from getting towed. Returned home parked next to visitor park because all stalls were full . Went in to change my clothes for work and came out an hour later and they towed my car again. .

      Rude and unprofessional charge my son $466 dollars get his vehicle back the lady stated he need full coverage insurance and the law is he need only liability insurance they are illegal going around towing people vehicles in Milwaukee and making up these outrageous charges and prices for people to retrieve their vehicle back . None of these business's even hired them for towing they just go around illegally towing people vehicles with any sign that say towing zones something need to be done about this illegal behaviors'.

      Very unfunctional business car was towed because handicapped placard was shifted but was still visible personal moved vehicle to undisclosed area and completed the tow to avoid being questioned..Was charged $373 to receive my vehicle the next morning and when I questioned them about rates very rude and unprofessional. There was other clients their with similar complaints.
