    I recently dealt with Legends towing, and the owner himself called me to explain things and address my concerns and questions. He responded to me in a very timely matter and was professional, understanding, and went out of his way to help me out.

    They went and towed my car from the parking lot, they then lied that I didn't have a permit on my car. When I pointed out their lie, they said that my information on the sticker had faded even though it had an ID number on top of the tag. The rest of the information is irrelevant because it listed the year, make and model of my vehicle, my licence plate number and finally the address which isn't needed because I have the ID on top of my permit. The Berrada employee gave it to me like this, HOW IS THAT MY FAULT? And then they didn't notify me or towed my car all year until it was close to the holidays, how convenient. Then they charged an excessive fee to get my car from the lot. When we exchanged words, he tried to threaten to have his family come over and jump me, like that's supposed to scare me out of my wits. But telling by the owner's personality and his sleazy business practices, I can see why ******* would recruit him.
