I am in the military and was given a move coordinator to arrange the shipment of my household goods and motorcycle. ******* is the move coordinator who arranged all the logistics. My motorcycle left my residence in VA on 19 Aug 22. My household items were delivered to my residence in TX on 8 Sep 22. I notified ******* of my missing motorcycle on 8 Sep 22. I was told by ******* that it was noted that they hired special motorcycle movers because of the value and there had been mechanical issues. I inquired about where my bike was and when it would be delivered. Through several attempts to get this information, and also involving a DOD QA, I was told they had located my bike and it would be direct shipped to my residence due to the inconvenience on ***** Sep 22. That date came and went so I reached out again to ******* and was finally given the information for the company of Haul Bikes that was supposed to deliver my motorcycle because i wanted to speak to them directly and get information. I was also told by ******* that my bike was in Haul Bikes hub in PA and that it would now be direct shipped to my residence on 17 Oct 22. I called Haul Bikeson 28 Sep 22 and asked if there was any way they could provide me a photograph showing they had my bike as I had not received confirmation from anyone that had laid eyes on it. They said they would put in a request and it would be answered in 48 hours. I asked to speak to a manager and they said they had to put in a request and it would also be 48 hours. I called Haul Bikes again on 29 Sep 22 to request an email with proof they had my bike as one had not been provided. I was told that since ******* had paid them and not me I was not able to receive the photograph. I asked to speak to a manager again and a person named ****** called me back. He stated he was the senior director of customer service and would not help me. He stated they would email ******* with the info and would not provide it to me. We do apologize for the inconvenience that you have experienced. We do have possession of this unit. As stated in the complaint the gentleman that made this claim is not the Haulbikes customer. Our policy is to not release information on the unit to the consignee. ******* did contract us with a clear understanding that all dates are estimated and not guaranteed. ************** became belligerent and cursed out several employees. While we understand the frustration we recognize the dignity of our employees to not have to suffer such insults.The photographs requested were provided to ******* and ************** has been advised that he should contact them for any further updates

I would like to see you SOP in writing or employees handbook document that states an owner of property is not entitled to information about their property. If it is not in writing then it is not company procedure. Also the only employee I cursed was you, ******, because after asking if you knew the issues I was having I stated all I wanted was confirmation my property was secure as I had not received it after asking your company and ******* repeatedly. You then laughed at my face when I notified you of your 1 star customer rating; number of complaints in the last year; and b ranking on the BBB. I was finally able to get a photo from one of your employees. Ive contacted my state representative. If my bike does not arrive by next week I will be contacting a lawyer and a news outlet to show how you treat your customers. I will do my best to make sure you do not receive any further military contracts.

Since your company has missed yet another delivery date and pushed back the estimated delivery twice since this complaint, I have contacted a lawyer. I hope those documents do in fact exist in case my lawyer decides to take this to court. I have notified the ** for the military who will be writing up ******* and your company. You laughed on the phone when i brought up your horrible BBB rating and hundreds of negative comments on your social media. I did cuss after you made light of my situation and would not provide proof of my property. The only thing i threatened was getting a lawyer. I will also be contacting ************** or any news outlet that will listen, so hopefully the story gets out about how your company does business.

On July 13, 2022 I hired Haul Bikes Daily Direct to move my motorcycle from ************************************************************************** to ************************ Dealer in ********************************************. I was immediately charged $899.00 which included $22,000.00 of insurance for my motorcycle and I paid for a 100% NON DEDUCTIBLE insurance policy. I was told the estimated delivery date would be 8/08/2022. I took photos and videos of the bike while and after the motorcycle was loaded on their truck proving zero damage to my "mint condition" motorcycle. The motorcycle was not delivered until 09/01/22 (22 days after estimated delivery). I had to call Daily Direct HAULBIKES numerous times and wasted hours trying to track down the delivery. Worse yet, the motorcycle was damaged in transit and the driver knew of the damage but quickly dropped off the motorcycle at the dealership and drove off. The dealership was short staffed due to COVID-19 outbreak and they did not notice the damage until shortly after the driver pulled away. I notified Haul Bikes and spoke to their service manager *********************** who said because the damage was not noted on the "Bill of Lading" they were not responsible. I am out somewhere between $1,000.00 and $2,000.00 in repairs! I PAID FOR AND WAS CHARGED FOR A ZERO DEDUCTIBLE INSURANCE AND THEY REFUSED TO PAY A *****. The driver 100% knew of the damage and quickly pulled away from the dealership as soon as the dealer signed for the motorcycle. Haul Bikes claim they are not responsible even though their driver knew at the time of the delivery that the motorcycle was damaged in route to the dealership. Disappointing and shameful. At the least I want my $899.00 refund for the shipping and insurance. I have used this company on previous occasions and they were always great. Not this time - terrible service and customer support. The company Haul Bikes Daily Direct is simply trying to get away with damaging my motorcycle. I have photos and videos during the time the motorcycle was picked up showing no damage to rear fender. They delivered the motorcycle to the designated dealer ************************ at a time when they were short staffed due to COVID-19 outbreak at dealership. The person who signed for the motorcycle at the dealership did not know they had to examine the motorcycle upon delivery and before the driver pulled away. The driver knows there was damage and quickly pulled away from the dealership before it was discovered shortly after the driver pulled away. There was no damaged noted on the shipping receipt when the motorcycle was picked up at my home in **********. The driver failed to point out the damage to the dealership nor did he put the damage on the shipping receipt that the dealer signed for. Haul Bikes sold me 100% coverage with ZERO deductible if there was damages. They charged me a premium price on top of the regular insurance and they damaged my motorcycle and now refuse to take responsibly. Just read the reviews from others on how they have unfairly treated their customers. It is shameful that they charged me $899.00 for the shipping and zero deductible insurance and then they refuse to honor the damaged motorcycle insurance and repair. The damages are over $1,000.00 (will be between $1,000.00 and $2,000.00) and all I am asking for is a refund for the $899.00 they charged me for the shipping and insurance. In addition I was told that the motorcycle would be delivered around August 8, 2022. It was not delivered until 9/1/22 (22 days after the dated they told me) and when i called them when it was not delivered around August 8th they gave me excuse after excuse. ************ needs to be investigated and reprimanded for they treatment of customers. Our mutually signed contract clearly lays out the expectations around requirements regarding all damage complaints. As clearly stated in your complaint the dealership did not notice the damage until after our driver had vacated the delivery. If you review section 9 subsection g you will clearly see that you have waived the right to damage reimbursement as there was not written damage provided at the time of delivery. We are sorry that we're unable to provide any additional assistance but as you stated the dealership that you had us deliver to accepted the delivery with no damage.Once this occurs we are unable to process any form of repayment.

Your company is being totally unfair. Your driver knew of the damage when he delivered it to the dealership and he quickly dropped the bike off hoping no one would notice as they were extremely shorthanded due to the dealership having a COVID 19 ourbreak in the dealership. Shame on you for not honoring your insurance. I have videos proving there was zero damage after you loaded the motorcycle. The dealership noticed the damage almost immediately after your driver quickly drove away. Do you have any photos showing the motorcycle was NOT damaged when you dropped it off? Of course not. Your driver saw it and knew about it and simply drove away as quickly as possible hoping the damage would go undetected.As for reading your contract it is a total one way contract and the 100% insurance you sold me is a total fraud. What is so disappointing is i have used your company in the past and you have always been excellant.
All i am asking for is my money refunded in the amount of $899.00.

They offer delivery times they do not meet then you must drop everything your doing to meet them a couple weeks later ; me, Saturday night Labor Day after 8 pm while at a long scheduled party. They advertise most careful movers but in reality treat you like a paycheck once money in hand. They admit breaking my 30 year old windshield on a showroom new Ducati from **** but bc I didnt see crack at delivery blame me. They have video at pick up and delivery showing difference. Treated me at fault for not discovering ar delivery (2 weeks later and a ridiculous time then expected promised). When I emailed next day they are all about about their acceptance of liability contract they thrust upon you for the first time through a digital signature program once prove set. Just horrible customer service despite having proof they broke windshield. Other consumers should be warned away from this bait and switch company regarding websorecprofessionalism and actual clown movers with no care for your prized bike/property. Happy to share details with all that will listen to ensure they dont fall prey to their businesses bad care and terrible customer service response. Blame me for a windshield they have proof they broker bc I did not put in writing at time of Pick up all damages (picked up a motorcycle on country road where there truck could conveniently pull over). And sneak into contract your acceptance of their liability for damages. Terrible/unAmerican. I have purchased a motorcycle from ****************************************************************************************. They placed an Order with haulbikes for the shipping of my motorcycle to my residential address. Haulbikes confirmed the Order ( Order number p230906) and provided an estimated delivery date of Sep 06.2022)Neither the bike has been delivered nor have they provided me with an updated delivery date. I have contacted them many times over email and their standard response is that they are working on it. If they are working on it, they should have some insights on when it is going to happen. Contracted with Haulbikes to transport a motorcycle **** miles due to moving. They have had my motorcycle now for 45 days and not delivered. It sat in their ********* warehouse for approximately 35 days just 315 miles from where they picked up. On day 37 it allegedly arrived in their ********** ** warehouse 450 miles from me but now sat there for 8 more days. Only communicate when I call or email and never provide anything but excuses. I have shipped many cars and bikes across ******* and no carrier operates like this. No other transport company operates this way. Completely ignoring any delivery estimate. A carrier can't keep a clients bike indefinitely and ignore any obligation to deliver. No transport company operates this iway. None. Haulbikes seems to believe they have no obligation at all. I don't care what's in the contract. No carrier operates this irresponsibly and completely ignores their obligation. They take your money for their service and then ignore their obligation. No carrier just keeps your property indefinitely waiting for their logistical stars to perfectly align. It's complete ********. Will I ever see my **********? I don't want to see a company response about the signed contract contents. That does not absolve you of any and all responsibility to deliver in a reasonable time. That's business. I hired Haul Bikes (Daily Direct LLC) to deliver a motorcycle to me in ** from CA. I called them to get a quote on June 7th 2022. They had stated over the phone that their delivery time is "around 21 days from the date of available pickup." That sounded satisfactory to me, so I went ahead and paid them $864 to confirm the shipment. They provided me with following in an email: Pickup is estimated to occur within 10 days of 06/09/2022 Delivery is estimated to occur up to 24 days from the first available date.The order confirmation email I got from them stated the following: Estimated pick up dates between 13.Jun.2022 and 24.Jun.2022 and Estimated delivery date between Pick Up and 08.Jul.2022 Those dates came and went. I called three times to get updates and each time was told that it was delayed for reasons due to supply chain and employee issues. Finally I received an email on July 13th 2022 that states: Your order, P228025, has been assigned to be picked up between the dates of 7/18/2022 and 7/20/2022. It was picked up on July 19th 2022. After not hearing anything for quite some time, I called again for an update and was told my motorcycle was in ********* and would be transported to ************* at some point and then be delivered to me, and another estimated time window was given. Finally on August 17th 2022, I received an email that states: Your shipment, P228025, has been assigned to a delivery driver who plans to deliver between 8/21/2022 and 8/23/2022. It arrived on 8/21/22, a month and a half after their "estimated" delivery deadline. That is no longer an estimate, but an outright guess and is deceptive and misleading to customers. I called them today 8/31/22 to ask for them to make it right and they made no attempt to satisfy my complaint or apologize for their horrendous miscalculation of timing. An honest business would tell potential customers that some shipments can take up to two and a half months, just like mine did.Business Response

On July 5th I began looking for a company to ship my motorcycle from ******** to **** ******. After agreeing on a price I hired Haulbikes to pick up and deliver my bike to ********* where they were to deliver it to pasha who would then bring my bike to ****.i asked both companies if they had delt with the other and I was told yes by both companies that they had on several occasions In the past so feeling comfortable I hired the right people I paid them both in full.Haul bikes picked up my ***** on 7/17 and sent me an email saying their drop off window was between then and 8/1. ***** has sent me information that the last day for drop off was 8/2. Having this information I felt there was nothing left to do but wait for my bike because by this time all permissions , payments , and documents had been made and both companies confirmed they had received them. I received a call approx. 8/5 telling me the dock was not excepting the bike because I still owed money. ***** was telling me that haulbikes missed the drop off window and I would need to reschedule , in the mean tjme Haulbikes took my bike to there hub in ********* and was demanding I pay another $250 for them to redeliver. I asked why it was late to drop off and they said they don't guarantee dates I said well did you touch base with ***** to drop the bike I was told they drop off whenever they want and ***** had no control of that.i said you told me you delt with ***** many times you should know their policies. They then told me they tried 2 times to drop bike an pasha would not except it. After a couple days going back and *********** told me they had not sent the paperwork over to he dock but seeing Haulbikes was late anyway it didn't matter if they had sent it or not because haulbikes was late. Now Haulbikes insist I pay 250 to redeliver c x,which I don't have so it missed another drop off date , I'm a disabled vet and don't get my check until the 3rd . 7/15/22 I signed a contract and paid $779. I was informed that it can take up to 3 wks for delivery once the bikes has been picked up. 7/23/22 the bike was picked up from the dealership and an updated delivery notification was sent to me saying delivery date is 8/12/22 and I would be notified several days before delivery. When a call did not occur just a couple days before the 12th I called and spoke with **** at Haul Bikes. She stated that the driver had gone from ******** to *********** in the two week time frame (11 driving hours distance) and was at their *********** hub. **** stated that the bike would leave the *********** Hub and be in ******* during the week of the 8/15 and that the driver would call to schedule delivery at that time. There was no call so I called again on 8/22 and again spoke with ****. She stated that the bike had just left the ***** ** hub and was on its way to me and delivery will be either 8/23, 8/24 or up to early afternoon 8/25 because the driver is going on vacation starting 8/25 so delivery has to be made before he leaves and that she would call me end of business on 8/23 to provide exact delivery details. **** did not call so I called again on 8/24. Again spoke with **** who said the bike was still at the ***** hub and in fact never left like she said it did on Monday. She said the driver is unavailable this week so new estimated date would be between 8/31-9/02. I asked for a refund of part of the $779 I paid since this company failed to A. Provide accurate details of the bikes actual location in transit and B. Failed to delivery during the multiple time frames they provided. **** stated no refunds would be given and I could just drive up 3 hours each way to pick up the bike myself. I pod for delivery and the only solution offered by this company was to spend more money to not have the bike delivered but for me to pick it up. No resolution was made and again more maybe dates given. They have had my bike for a month and I want it.Business Response

This company falsely advertises on its own website that deliveries are ***** days from pick up. That is not the case with them. I previously attached a screenshot from their own website. Instead of advertising false delivery information to attract customers they should update their website to state no delivery date or time frame can be given and any estimated date can be canceled. They informed me that my bike had left the ******* hub when in fact it had not when I called days later. Even if dates are estimates they are lying to customers about locations and dates. I chose this company over others because of the time frame given by them on their website. False advertisement of services.

The delivery of my motorcycle has not occuredin the time frame stated on my contract. It was shipped on July 13th and was suppose to be delivered to my address in ******* around August 6th. I shipped my brand new 2022 Street Glide CVO from ****** ** to ******. Not only did they *********** weeks to get it here, it came damaged... and they will not honor the "no deductible" insurance.1 - Dead Battery - my dealer told them he was pulling the main fuse, the driver said "no" we will put it in transport mode. It was put in transport mode after loaded on the truck. *SOMEONE* somewhere took it out of transport mode (probably to move it) and it killed th battery. Dead on arrival. The driver showed me the pick up sheet and *SOMEONE* from haul bikes scratched out the dealer instuctions to "Leave in Transport MODE" and wrote " Customer pulled main fuse" which I did not do. I pulled the fuse cover off to show the driver the fuse was still in the bike and he shrugged his shoulder and said "I don't know"... it was different handwriting also.2- Scratched derby cover. - The straps they used wrapped around the derby cover and scratched it. Brand new bike once again.3- Black Chrome tank cover sratched - the driver pulled off the packing blankets and threw them on the floor. The tank panel is all scratched up and so is the gas tank. They are fine, visible scratches probably from the dirty pads they throw on the floor as I witnessed upon arrival.I provided 2 estimates within 24 hours submitted a claim for the "No deductible insurance " I bought, It's been 30 days and I have not heard back from them. No response, no payment.I do not like to be ignore and not get a response.Business Response
