    How is it that with these reviews and complaints that BBB has this company rated A+? These guys have been holding my bike hostage for over a month.I have reached out to the ********** to see what can be done. It is in some warehouse in *****. This is pitiful business. My point being, if you want quick or even somewhat regular delivery do not use these folks. Communication is nonexistent. Hard to get anyone to answer the phone. Use someone else.

    Thank you for expressing your communication concerns with us. I will investigate this and take appropriate action. Your order was picked up on 5/22, within the pickup window given at booking. The estimated delivery date for your order given at booking is June 22nd, it appears that we have you planned to delivery June 10th.

    They picked up bike May 9th in *********. Now it sits in a warehouse in ******* until second week in June and I'm in *********. Calling them I got no satisfaction. Application I filled out in April I put delivery in May. They sound annoyed when I called them three times. No telling what's happening in that warehouse

    Customer was given an estimated ****** window for shipping upon booking the order. Customer signed a contractual agreement to have the unit delivered on or before 6/6.

    I have been using haul Bikes for over 10 years and was satisfied with their service. But, in the last couple of years their service has been horrible with delivery times over two months. They don't meet projected delivery estimates, 2 weeks or more past an estimate isn't an estimate. The last four bikes shipped arrived filthy from sitting around in a terminal for months.

    Got a quote from haul bikes then decided to go through with the order, pick up was a 10 day window which they then got back to me afterwards and said they weren’t going to make it so they punched it 5 days ahead, this is all 2 weeks after confirmation of order, they then told me my bike would have to go from KC Kansas to Oklahoma then to California. Cancelled my order and got a new shipping company! Worst costumer service, not timely, and a bad experience all around!

    Worst motorcycle delivery company that I've ever dealt with and there have been quite a few. They have had my used purchased motorcycle for 2 months now and no set delivery date yet. Only 300 miles away and if I had more time, I would pick it up myself. Currently cannot due to my work schedule. And they say my days off delivery time does not meet their schedule. Am requesting that they take my bike back to the dealer whom I purchased it from and refund my $650 that I paid to them for delivery. I will reschedule delivery thru a more reliable carrier. Giving them 3 more days to deliver and have begun legal proceedings to recover my motorcycle.

    I Contacted HaulBike in March and received a quote. I signed the quote same day and received an email confirmation with a 10 day pick up window and an estimate delivery two weeks later in April. 3 days later I received a confirmation of pick up with a 3 day window. Then, 10 days later I received another email “confirmation” that delayed the pick up 13 days past the original 10 day pick up window! 1 day beyond this the bike was finally picked up. 1 month later and 3 weeks past the delivery estimated date, I sent an email to the owner and CEO, Jeff ***** inquiring about my bike that was still sitting in a warehouse in *** *****!! I have never received a response! Throughout this horrendous process I have called and emailed almost a dozen times in order to get a date for delivery!! When my delivery date was bumped back yet again, I paid an independent driver to travel 1,000 miles to *** ***** and retrieve my bike! I had lost ALL confidence that my bike would be delivered any time soon. This company’s ads are highly misleading and should be criminal. However, their contract states “estimated” and this protects them from lawsuits!! Please warn others and look for another shipping company!

    The Good:Bike arrived clean & safe.Everything else:Signed a contract to pick up a bike in ******* & deliver it to **********. This company cost more than other alternatives, but their trucks looked super professional, and I wanted to make sure this bike was safe.They gave a 20-day window for pickup, and 10-day window for delivery. I was told I would get an e-mail with a rough estimate for pickup, and a phone call the day before pickup.19 days later, I had heard nothing. I called for an update. Lady was very discourteous. When I said "tomorrow is the deadline for pickup" she snapped "ITS ONLY AN ESTIMATE, SIR!" I replied that its the LAST DAY of a 3-week window . . . and nobody had contacted me at all. She said I would be contacted when the pickup route was planned. I said "Wait . . . you haven't even scheduled a driver to go to *******!?!?!?!" Answer: "No." Me: "When were you going to let me know you weren't going to pick up the bike by the deadline?" Answer: "I ALREADY TOLD YOU - THE 20-DAYS IS ONLY AN ESTIMATE!!!!"Bike wasn't picked up for another 5 days.9 days later . . . I hadn't heard anything AGAIN. So, I called.Rude Lady #2: "THE 10-DAYS IS ONLY AN ESTIMATE." Basically - you'll get it when you get it.About a week later, I get an email that the bike will be delivered in the next 2 days. Of course, it was the second day.The driver calls my wife, who works from home, that morning to say he'll be there "between 11am-4pm." She says "Great. I'm available that whole time, except I have a conference call at noon, for 1/2 hour, that I won't be able to get away from."Driver calls at 11:30am, to say he'll be there . . . at noon."Wife reminds him that noon - 12:30 is literally the ONLY 1/2 hour she's not available.Driver responds: "Well, if you don't answer the door, I'll just leave, and you'll be in violation of your contract."Luckily, driver, showed up at 11:45am, and my wife was able to take delivery before her call.

    They picked up the bike in a timely fashion however they do not seem to have even moved the bike partially cross country after 3 weeks. I left multiple messages and spent over a half hour on multiple occasions on hold trying to get customer service. When I ultimately did (by using my wife's phone to theoretically cut through their caller ID which I feel they have in order not to have to talk to customers who have already paid for service but for whom they are not planning on delivering on a timely basis and) I was informed that there's no way my bike will come close to being delivered by the estimated delivery date. She further told me that it has not been scheduled to even be moved to their Las Vegas hub which is another stop before it gets to my house in arizona. This is happened to me before with Haul bikes and trust me I will never ever use them again. I'm not the only one who has encountered the same issues.
