  I've been having trouble finding a Windows company interested in replacing just 2 garage windows. Seems it is too small of a job for them to bother with. One company even went so far as to say they'd do the job but would charge me the labor for an entire house. Needless to say I was a bit skeptical when Anthony called from Empire Home Remodeling. We talked and he convinced me to let an Empire rep come out to measure the windows and give me a quote. Alec came out the next morning and showed me all of my options, though I explained I really wanted the least expensive windows I could get for a 50yr old garage. While the final cost was more than I'd imagined it was $100's less than my other quotes, so I'm happy (if only a bit old and outdated). I've given a 4 star rating for now, and will wait for the final product before bumping to 5 stars.

  My husband and I were extremely impressed with the professionalism of sales representative, Dontay for Empire Home Remodeling. He took his time to explain the procedure of installing, selecting the materials, going over the warranty and was patient and clearly answered all of our questions in purchasing our future two new bathroom shower/bath units and new window. He assured us on the quality and durability of the product we purchased and experience of the installation team that will be making a dream bathrooms a reality.   Everything working with empire went smooth and easy! We had a large project with 3 sets of patio doors we needed redone. We received quotes from other companies and not only was empire the most cost efficient for good quality but working with them was easy every step of the way. Our project just finished so we have not yet had to use the warranty but compared to other companies we met with Empires warranty seems more comprehensive. They gave us a timeline and completed weeks ahead of schedule. Alec their sales rep was very knowledgeable about the product. It felt like he actually listened to what we wanted and worked with us rather than just pushing for a sale. He showed us examples of similar projects and tailored his presentation to what we were looking for. Megan worked with us to make sure the plan we had worked out with Alec was doable and went above and beyond to get us the vision we wanted! She called with frequent updates while we were waiting to hear back from the manufacturer and was always quick to get back to me when I had a question. On install day there was an issue with our floors not lining up perfectly with the new doors. The install crew and Megan came up with a solution that worked perfectly and didn’t delay our install and didn’t add on to the cost of the project. The crew was professional and left things cleaner than when they started. We plan on replacing windows and siding down the line and will definitely be using Empire again.

  We had siding installed on our house, and Empire remodeling was knowledgeable, professional, timely on questions and return calls. They have project managers that review the job daily and make sure the job was done to specs. When we had an issue, they contacted us gave us the best option on how to resolve it and keep the job moving forward. I enjoyed working with Megan and all the project leads the crew was friendly and courteous during the install. They worked hard and with always with a smile.

  Had 17 windows replaced and re-trimmed. Looks fantastic!! Very meticulous and detailed on the trim and caulk. I absolutely love it. Oh, and the price I paid was THOUSANDS less than my first quote from another company even after the other company came down in price 3 times to try and get my business. I ??% recommend Empire!!!

  ******************** early February, 2023 we met with the Empire Home Remodeling representative and listened to his presentation. He was knowledgeable, understanding, and helpful in crafting a plan to replace all windows in our home. He presented all the possibilities for style, quality, pricing, and timelines for completion. All our concerns answered, we put together our order and even went a step further to included new gutters for our home and garage. The pricing was excellent and deposit made. The next week we received a call from the Office to verify a few small details. The Office let us know that the order was placed and they would contact us when the windows were delivered to set up an installation date. In Mid-March we received a call to see if we were clear to have the gutters installed. It was scheduled the same week. The two man team arrived and removed all the old gutters and replaced with new gutters and downspouts. That team was excellent .... professional, quality and detailed orientated. Great personalities. The new gutter system works great and looks great. They cleaned up the area and checked with us before they left. Professional through and through. The end of March brought another call from Office letting us know the windows were completed and being shipped. She asked when we would like them installed. We chose the week after Easter. A two man team arrived, removed all the old windows, and installed the new ones. Day two, the team returned and finished the insulating, sealing, and trim. They coordinated the work and things look great, work super, and really gave our home a new look. Team had great personalities. Workmanship was excellent. We are pleased and happy that we selected Empire Home Remodeling. We look forward to working with them in the future. Office communication was excellent, installation teams were excellent, and products were quality built. Kudos!We recommend Empire Home Remodeling for any of your home projects.

  On March 23rd my wife and I met with Alec and Burak from Empire Home remodeling. It was a very nice experience and he was very knowledgeable. We purchased a new kitchen window and patio door. Thank you Alec.

  We had Dontay out about a year ago to replace our double hung windows for the back and side of our house. The windows look great, are easy to clean, and kept the wind out especially during the cold December we just had. They were installed last summer and we had a couple of minor things that needed to be corrected. They were corrected immediately. Because of their work responsiveness and the satisfaction we have with the windows, we have now decided to replace the windows on the front of our house. I would recommend this company.

  Team that came to complete our window project was very professional and quick to install 17 windows in a days timeframe. Finished up work on the second day, which afterwards the finish work was very clean and nice looking. Would recommend Empire to others.
