    Aidan worked with us and we couldn’t have been more pleased! First of all he listened to us. Really “listened” to what we wanted and offered a quality product and service that fit our wants and needs. He was knowledgeable, courteous, transparent and explained everything to us (sometimes several times over.) During our visit, Aidan was able to phone Dan directly, put it on speaker and we received immediate feedback to answer our additional questions. We are looking forward to working with Empire and enjoying our new windows for many years to come! ~***** and ***********************

    Empire has been great from sales to install. Educated sales pitch personalized to our needs, and install team was quick and polite. Overall great experience and would definitely recommend.

    I love our new windows! The whole experience was easy and stress free. From the consultation with Dan to the finance set up to installation, everything went very smooth. I would absolutely recommend their services to my family and friends!

    Met with Alec about 3 windows. He was so enthused and confident about the windows his company sells, we agreed to go with them. Price was good, time out for delivery seemed good. Alec was very easy to work with, explained everything we needed to know. Thanks and can't wait for the windows.

    I met with Aiden recently and I could not be happier with our meeting. He listened to my goals and didn’t try to up-sale or get me to do more than what my stated goals were. They were a one-stop shop for my egress window project where most others were only willing to do the window install and that is it. Aiden worked with me to get this project done in a timely manner. I would recommend Empire to anyone looking to install an egress window.

    We met today with Alec of Empire Home Remodeling for an estimate for 14 new windows in our home. Alec was very professional and personable. He took time to answer all of our questions thoroughly. He was knowledgeable regarding the products that other companies offer, and was able to show and explain the differences in the windows their company sells and why they have a superior window..

    The work on my home has not started yet. Alec… Ask and listened to what I wanted and my vision for the end product. That didn’t happen with other companies that provided quotes. Alec is very knowledgeable and was able to present options for me to select. If the rest of the Empire team is this good. I feel confident the room will look beautiful with the addition of a window.

    Highly recommend this company for your home improvement projects. Alec ****** is a great rep and listened to what we asked for and gave great advice. His knowledge and professionalism is superb. We enjoyed his energy and personality. He was kind and willing to help us with ideas. The information he gave us was beyond expectations. The product that was presented by Alec ****** surpassed what we could have known as we had several companies come out for quotes and Empire won us with their products and their Rep, Alec ******. We had Empire do our bay window and went back with them to have all of our windows in the entire house installed. They have been such a blessing to work with. Will definitely use them and recommend them for your home remodeling project.

    We have not started our project yet, we have just contracted them to replace 2 large picture windows on our house. Alec came to our home to give us a quote and was extremely thorough in explaining the product options they have available. We were very impressed with his extensive knowledge. He spent much more time with us than the other company we received a quote from. Alec saved us some money by recommending only partial reframing. I had assumed because of rotted wood on the sills that the entire window frame would have to be replaced, but he determined that was not necessary in our case. He was very personable and the company seems trustworthy. We are excited to work with Empire on our home improvement project!
