5 starsEmpire installed a new bath and shower surround for me while allowing me to do the demo to meet our budget. They were very communicative and transparent so my demo and their installation went smoothly. I was very impressed by their professionalism and high quality installation team. They even came back out to fix a washer in my shower head, so they really do stand by their products and installation professionals.Review fromMary P

5 starsI had called around to a few window places, was rejected by the first two because they had a minimum for window replacement. Alec with Empire came out the next day, boy was he great to work with! Better than the other estimate I had received from another company. He was very knowledgeable and enthusiastic about his job. He made it very easy and I was happy to write him a check that day! Fast forward to installation day, first one was canceled due to the exteme cold but I totally understood. 2 days later Luis and Joe were on-site and installed my top on the line window in less than 1 and half hours. I just had Empire Home Remodeling complete both a window and bath project for my home. The process was painless and we are so happy with the finished product. The sales rep was extremely knowledgeable and was able to answer all of my questions. The crew completing my project was professional and efficient. Overall I am completely satisfied and wish I had started this project sooner.

Struggled for years in my living room that faces west cause the sun beating through our old patio door heated up the room and me! I’m allergic to the sun and so I called Empire and out came Alec! Explained my heat and sun issue and got the patio door of my dreams! Has heat mirror technology which has made my living room so much cooler and the sun beating through is not hot! So I can sit in there now and enjoy the west living room with open curtains! So thankful to Empire and Alec for making my room a cozy livable room with a fantastic patio door! Alec was very friendly and knowledgeable. He appeared to believe in the products he was presenting. Based on his information, friendliness, and willingness to answer any questions, we were able to make an immediate decision. I did not feel pressured. I felt informed. He spent several hours with us and took his time even though he had an hour-long drive home from our residence. He is very friendly and easy to work with!Empire Home Remodeling

I had Empire Home Remodeling put in two windows and patio door in my condo on 6/21/2024! I want to thank this company for a great team work from Anthony for scheduling the appointment, to Landon for showing all my options and the cost, then Rick for making sure the measurements were correct, to Jennifer for keeping me up to date on the product and scheduling the installment, and then finally to the great work to D and Josh for installing the windows and patio door! I know it was not easy for the guys but they did a great job and cleaned up! This company is the best I have ever worked with and would highly recommend them to family and friends!Empire Home Remodeling

We had met with other companies looking for window replacements. Today we had a visit from Alec to go over our window project, Alec has a great knowledge of their products and his professionalism was refreshing. After discussing options and pricing, he was very informative about the process.
