    We had met with other companies looking for window replacements. Today we had a visit from Alec to go over our window project, Alec has a great knowledge of their products and his professionalism was refreshing. After discussing options and pricing, he was very informative about the process. We are excited to see our project finished, I highly recommend Alec, he will make your experience enjoyable without that pushy sales vibe. Thanks again, Alec.

    Had a very enjoyable meeting with Alec today after meeting with several companies in our search for replacement windows. His enthusiasm and knowledge about the product he sells were evident. He gave a very thorough demonstration of the windows and convinced us that Empire and the windows they sell are worth the investment. I highly recommend Alec and look forward to working with him in the future.

    We met with several window replacement vendors before meeting with **** from Empire Home Remodeling. He was very knowledgeable about most of the replacement window companies in the area and their products, as well as being very friendly. The pricing at Empire was comparable to what we had already received, but his demonstration of the energy-savings and their warranty closed the deal. We recently had 27 windows replaced by Empire. The customer service leading up to installation made me feel like our decision to go with Empire was the right one. The windows fit perfectly. Their installation team was top notch, and it was evident that they were very experienced.

    The information Brandon shared with us was very through. He didn't leave out any details. The process wasn't painful nor confusing. We went through many options and suggested cost saving options that was geared toward our goals. Can't wait to see how it turns out!

    Alec ****** was an awesome sales man. He knew his product very well. He explained all of our options and told us how the windows would work. He was very professional. He explained the financing part and went through the contract with us. I would recommend Alec to anyone for windows.

    We had Alec ****** come to our home today to price out some new windows. He was very informative, friendly and respected our time. Very thorough presentation. We haven't started our project yet but are hoping for the best as they seem to have a good product with a great warranty. I will follow up after the project is complete.
