Ty * communication with th* s*ll*r to r*m*dy has b**n spotty , and confrontational on th*ir part . Unwilling to talk via phon* and unwilling to m**t in p*rson on th*ir b*half . Th*ir curr*nt solution is I must pay half th* th* pric* for th* mat*rials us*d , but want m* to r*turn th* tabl* in a back all*y , without m**ting , and th*n th*y will r*fund mon*y . Obviously th*r* ar* num*rous issu*s with this . As th*r* is no guarant** Ill r*c*iv* th* mon*y , as w*ll as dropping th* product off at an addr*ss that is diff*r*nt than I pick*d it up from . Th* s*ll*r has b**n hard to communication with and I hav* th* t*xt m*ssag* chain to show th* communication issu*s

    We already talk to the client  we try to help him he complain  to Venmo and dispute both items when only one had a issue at least thats what he said but he dispute both we send all the info to Venmo after he lost the case he tried to be nice and ask for help we said yes after everything he did we have text to prove that but at the end we told him to drop the furniture and he didnt want it to come to the warehouse he want it to come to another address and at the end he start being that way but he try to dispute in many places only that we have proves and he lost the case

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear 

    I am attaching the text message receipts between myself and this seller. This has Been going on for a couple months now . In my opinion the seller is being very unreasonable and a little aggressive . The resolutions they have provided do not work for me as the customer . Unfortunately I am not willing to drop off my product in a location I didnt pick up from , without meeting in person , with the hope they refund the money. I do not agree with the resolution of half of the cost back since I have to pay for the materials , and they keep said materials . Its either a full refund and they can have the materials back or a half refund and I keep the materials as I am the one paying for them . They do not seem to understand that a customer isnt going to accept half the e money back if the seller is requiring them to pay for materials but the business gets to keep the materials . It makes no sense . They have similar complaints with BBB and really are lacking integrity as a business, thus my submittal of this complaint .  I am happy to talk to you via phone for more information or clarification if needed .
