    Similar to the previous reviews, we ordered a custom piece to our specifications. Once we had it home we noticed multiple quality issues with the piece was not constructed based on photos of what we asked for. Communication with seller was extremely poor and combative at times, making it uncomfortable to find a resolution with them. They blocked me from communicating further and redirected me to text message communication, where I was accused of harassing them, when I was trying to just find a resolution. Seller refused to talk via phone or meet in person , and wanted me to drop piece off in back alley of warehouse without meeting , and then refund the money after. It made no sense. Integrity of this company is poor at best and would not recommend. For a company trying to get up and running and create customer furniture, they sure do not seem to care about the customer at all and thus not caring about their reputation. Buyer Beware

    I ordered a coffee table through one of their listings on ******** Marketplace. They stated that shipments would be going out on a Thursday, which is the day I was notified of my order being shipped. After a few days of the tracking info not being updated, I reached out to ask what was happening. They stated that they accidentally printed my shipping label too soon and that it would ship out on the following Tuesday. That day came and went with no movement. I reached out to them multiple times asking for more information and they gave vague answers saying they "would check" but then never responded after that. After looking further into their listings, I noticed that the listing photos were stolen from a DIY blog post shared on ********* and the description was taken from there as well. I confronted them to say that I would report them, and they refunded me only my partial order amount and then blocked me. Do not buy from this business. You will lose money and never receive any product. Stay away!

    They made me an island and had it sitting outside at pick up. When I got home I noticed the ends of the top were not even. Sent them pics and they said it was due to the cuts of the wood from menards and 'we fight a lot with Home Depot and Menards but is the quality of the cuts and they don't care" so basically they use and sell to their customers - but don't mention and rather than fixing they keep your money and block you. I disagree its the wood - it clearly was not cut correctly and could have been sanded to to even before staining.....I'll have to fix on my own. They work out of an apartment garage - could make it right away which should have been a red flag - take venmo so don't have to report income, ....I would stay away from them unless making simple things
