      Buyer beware. The windows are terrible. Although things are 'under warranty', Veridian doesn't stand behind you in getting them replaced or fixed. We've been battling for years and haven't had any luck. I've reached out to Veridian, and the manufacturers that they work with, lots of lip service, no action. When I asked my neighbors if they've had issues, 75 people came forward with the SAME WINDOW ISSUES, and terrible customer service experience with Veridian! We've contacted Veridian on multiple occasions. Same results- they send you to the manufacturer. The manufacturer then claims that the defect is not the product, but how it was installed. The manufacturer tells you to go back to Veridian. Rinse and repeat, forever. No actual help. I should also mention, there are 2 different window manufacturers used in my neighborhood and they have the same issues. Veridian will not take responsibility for the installation issues. My neighbors and I are living with mold, drafts, and condensation due to leaking windows. We will never buy a Veridian home again.

      Everything that could be wrong with this company is I called 4 different numbers in two city's and got the same person on the phone who was rude and hung up the phone also said she had more important clients and no one contacted me for weeks that was promised after filling out online business I am very disappointing displeased and confused all in that order
