I ordered a pair of work boots for my husband...looking for steel toe boots ..ordered straight thru Duluth online ...they had a running clock for Black Friday with a picture of $255 boots on sale for $157 on front...I went straight thru online but those boots no matter what you did would come up saying...no on promotion...but that was the cover promotion?...I videoed it & took photos from 2nd phone to show the false advertising...& It was you...not any other putting that add up...I know because I order a pair on boots he doesn't even like to prove it was on you...& Videoed it...Shame on you on Christmas lying like *********************************************** a heavy diesel ************************* talk to a lot of people....Won't be giving you a gold star....really makes me mad when someone lies like that...& When I called customer service...tried to convince me it was secondary seller...I said oOh no...it is you...& I ordered videoing thru that exact site you had that running clock to buy those boots for 157....what a shame...this company used to be class....BA HUMBUG....false advertising.Business Response

May 2023, my boyfriend went into the Port Washington store and purchased an item and a $200 gift card to give to me for Mother's Day. Today, 11/17/2023, I finally tried to use the card to purchase 3 items online, to pick up same day at the Port Washington store. However, when trying to pay with my gift card I found out it was never properly loaded and had a zero dollar balance. My boyfriend and I made the 30 minute drive to the store to get it figured out. The employee that sold him the card was there, recognized him, and got on the phone with the company to get it taken care of. After a long time and a lot of questions she says the only resolution she can offer is for me to either spend the full $200 immediately and she'll "treat the card as cash" or I'll have to wait for a new card to be mailed to me. I told her I only wanted about $40 worth of items and she said if I only bought $40 worth today, I'd be agreeing to not receive the remaining $160 worth of the gift card that was already paid for!! I needed these 3 items right away, not next week, but shouldn't be pressured into spending all the money immediately - or losing $160! - for their convenience. We left. My boyfriend called the company when we got home and eventually they agreed to let us go in and get a new card tomorrow, saying they don't know why the employee claimed she couldn't do that. But, this means we make the 30 min drive there and 30 min drive home yet again, when it should've be resolved while we were in there. At this point we should've been offered a refund, but since we're agreeing to take a new card I feel I should be offered an additional amount in gift card or free items for all the trouble and inconvenience and cost (gas, time). This is major lack of customer service, especially when this was THEIR mistake and the ensuing inconvenience should fall on THEM, not ME.Business Response

I have asked to have my email address removed from their email list more than 10 times. The response when unsubscribing says that my email will be removed within 3 business days. This is not happening. I want to be removed.Business Response

I bought a 3 pack of compression socks 2 months ago. One of them got a "run" in it. It is a manufacturer's defect, not normal wear and tear. I reached out to Duluth Trading Company and they are just making it a pain in the **** to get it replaced. I assume that this is their tactic to not honor their warranty. All I want is one sock. Before my son left for college we purchased him several pairs of pants to take with him. This year he came home in January with 2 of them because they had worn through at the crotch. I told him no problem, Duluth may charge more for their pants but they have the No Bull Guarantee When we took them back to exchange them for new ones they looked up my accounts and said since they were over 1 year old and that it was not a manufacturer defect they would not exchange them. I believe what they are doing is false advertising with their No Bull Guarantee because its obvious that its false.Business Response

bought ballroom jeans 2 years ago. they are made wrong, manufacture defect. i wear the same style almost every day, so i know how they should fit.they no longer honor the no bull guarantee. they changed this 2 years ago unknown to me.***** in customer service stated 1 year with receipt.pants still look almost new. all i asked for was an exchange. same pants and same size. ***** said no. My order number was WEB21899688. I purchased the following item 'Eagle Creek Pack-It ******* Tech Cube Set, from their website for $*****. Unfortunately, they incorrectly sent me the 'Eagle Creek Pack-It *******' Set, a downgrade, worse, and cheaper version of the **** Cube Set, despite their website listing and description FALSELY advertising the more expensive, superior item: ***************************************************************************************************** the issue on the phone, I was met with sarcasm, sass, and attitude. Unfortunately, the closest store was a 50-minute drive away, and there was no **** or *** close to me. I asked for a refund so my card wouldn't be held for the ***** on a mistake THEY made in false advertising, but I was met with further resistance and sass from their customer service employees.I will gladly dispose of the items if you give me a refund OR give me a convenient way to return it not filled with excessive sass and attitude just because I'm a younger customer OR just give me the correct item that I ordered and stop trying to give your customers extra work if you mess up.Also, don't FALSELY ADVERTISE to customers on your website for incorrect product listings. I had a trip planned that I needed the specific item for and spent my money on an incorrect item from what was actually recieved.Business Response

I placed an order with Duluth on 3/15/2023. WEB21824759. $58.19. As expected, it was charged from my checking account the same day. They sent a tracking number to my email. It just says Awaiting Carrier Pickup. ************************** I have emailed and called them several times to ask why the order is still Awaiting Carrier Pickup. So they canceled the order and reordered. SO040753501 They never sent a tracking number. So I called them again. I asked that they talk to the Warehouse Shipping Manager and fix this ongoing shipping problem. I was provided another tracking number. It just says label created. 1Z9Y13A20399372951 but appears that *** never picked it up. I was told that I should receive the package by Wed, 3/29/2023 which would be 2 weeks from the original order date. This whole process is taking Way too long. Whatever is going on needs to be fixed so that I can get an actual tracking number that confirms that the package Is shipped with an estimated delivery date.Business Response

Ordered a shirt on March 2, which I realized I ordered the same shirt twice. I promptly returned it immediately on March 8th. On March 20th I get a notification that they processed my order. When I went online to see, they sent me the same shirt, in a smaller size? On the return slip I put return and added the color I wanted instead the one I previously purchased. When I asked them to stop the shipment because it will just be returned again. ************** Was incredibly rude! Said that it was my fault and didn't own to Duluth's mistake. then said I needed to cancel the order and waive a **** fee. Which is terrible service, the company is making it out like I am the villain in this matter and now I am out a shirt I was to wear this coming weekend. When the original ship back and forth took over a month.I have seen this happening more and more and their BBB score needs to suffer, this is not the same company from years ago. I made a purchase in 12/22 with Duluth Trading Company. I'm happy with the purchase, but continue to receive several emails daily from the company. I tried to unsubscribe from all emails, but the company system won't allow it. I have to select at one email to continue with my request to unsubscribe. I definitely won't purchase anything else from this company. But, is it legal to force a consumer to receive emails from a company when you don't want to?Business Response
