    Jesse was very professional and thorough. There was a mechanical problem with my AC unit. So he took me out to show me what it was doing and later he showed me a picture of the before and after of what parts were replaced. Very satisfied with service.

    Heres the story. Prior to work install Bobby brought in the owner of the business to do an in-person thank you for our business and see the job. This project was pretty big considering we had a new furnace installed in our primary home attic with central air added to both the new furnace and basement furnace. Along with having new hvac install on our rental property. bobby was able to upsale my husband on a furnace that had nothing wrong with it other than being improperly installed back in 2011, the unit gave out amazing heat, never had to place heat over 76 unless we received single or negative numbers then we would have to place on 77. The last day of the primary house completion approx March 16th we still had cold weather in milwaukee and temperatures were around high 20's, 3 hours after install the unit was continuing to blow out cold air while set to 77 on the thermostat. i called over for a installer who was working on the rental next store who saw the issue and "fixed" the problem. This was a red flag for me but he shared that it was a minor oversight during install and was handled. Not yet two weeks after this "fixed issue" My husband call bobby to share that the unit was once again not getting up to temperature that was set at 77 for 27 degrees outside and my house was cold and wouldn't go past 71 or 72 and was blowing out cold air. We were put on the schedule to have this looked into and had a noshow, called bobby again put us on the schedule again and jason came out, who is their trouble shooting person, who said the problem was "fixed" and again we had the problem to repeat twice since and its now May 16. Now that the weather is warmer outside the furnace stays at a set temperature setting just not when its cold which concerns me for when winter time comes. Im very disappointed that the owner who came out to see the job hasn't reached out to apologize. We spent well over 50,000 and I shouldn't be afraid for winter and freezing. time for a new unit.

    Had my air ducts "cleaned". The whole experience was a joke they didn't complete the job and when I call they say they will return my call. Going on over a year!

We had an appointment scheduled for your for last month, but were told to hold for a later date. Our Service Manager has left different voicemails for you so that we can get you on the schedule for a time that works for you so we can correct your cleaning. At your convenience, please give ** a call back and we'd happily ensure your appointment is scheduled. Our mission is to make sure our clients are satisfied and we want to serve our clients better than anyone else.     We had a third-party contractor (Ahrens) evaluating our HVAC system at the same time as James (Midest Heating & Cooling) was working on a separate issue. James, who helped service an emergency boiler exhaust issue just 2 weeks back, gave a very clear recount of the exhaust event we had and the possible remedy for the future. Our Ahrens contractor mentioned on his way out that James certainly knows his stuff and trusts his better judgement when it came to all things boilers at the school. Thanks James (his team) and Midwest Heating & Cooling!

    Dylan was on time, very polite, and kept us informed throughout his review of our furnace. He wore booties to cover his shoes and cleaned everything up when he was done. There were some repairs that needed to be done and Dylan reviewed everything with us and performed the necessary work.

    Tech came to my house to do warranty work. The warranty work was performed however it came with a sales pitch trying to sell us over $4,000.00 of product we didn't need.I wish I would have had my own HVAC person, who I trust do the work, not an outsider.

    Dylan came out to do a winter maintenance on my furnace and did a fantastic job. I was going to ask him about a change in the sound of the blower motor. Before I had a chance to ask him he mentioned that the blower motor was showing signs of wearing out and asked if I wanted it replaced. I told him "Yes" and he went out to his truck and grabbed a replacement. An hour or so later he was all done and my furnace was back to purring away like it had been last winter. This kind of consistently excellent service is why Midwest continues to be my HVAC service provider. My furnace is next to my basement study and keeping it both quiet and working properly is important to me.
