      Still waiting for second application. The lawn is over run with crab grass that their pre emergent did nothing. Have contacted them continously and have been promised someone will show up this week to "take a look," No one has and nothing has been done. This is ridiculous to have to get after someone to do the job they promised when we signed up for two properties. Neither have been taken care of. Don't waste your money. They have ruined my lawn.

      Great service, great crew, you can tell they care about the customer service they provide. Prompt on call backs and just general questions you may have about your lawn. They have given me a great lawn with only a years service - please get there complete package

      Just wanted to leave a brief note on what great job Jason did servicing my property last time he was here. i am recommending he sees extra on his paycheck this week!

      I do not recommend this company. They caused noticeable damage to my lawn and promised multiple times that it would be repaired. Despite several follow-ups, they never followed through. The lack of communication and accountability has been extremely disappointing. If you value your property and expect reliable service, I suggest looking elsewhere.

      Poor service and communication this year. We have been with them for about three years and after we encountered grubs last year they have not followed up nor provided any solution for the problem and refused to treat the lawn for grubs until mid June which allowed the grubs and animals digging for them to ruin our lawn. Our neighbors treated their lawns and were growing new grass before nature scape even treated our lawn. We will not be using them next year.

      Customer service with this company is awful, that is if you are able to get a hold of someone at the location you are calling. Company does not come as indicated in agreement 4-6 weeks and when you call to question next application they give you excuses including staff calling in sick.

      Do not use Naturescape of ******. I started with them last year and have had nothing but problems. They came out and aerated my lawn with overseeding in fall 2024 and turned my yard to weeds. Called them and told them about the weeds and they came out and sprayed and it did no good. Called them back and they did nothing. I had to buy my own chemicals to kill the weeds. I then kept with them in 2025 for there 5 application plan and they came and did the first Application and thats it. I paid for their services and they are not coming out to do the second application. I had a date set for the 2nd application over a month ago and nothing. I got a call from the driver saying their truck broke down and I was scheduled for another day and then get a call saying the driver called in sick. I have contacted them at least ten times since then and they tell me I am on the schedule and still a no show. I paid for service that I am not receiving and can't figure out why someone can't come out and service my yard. They won't give me back my money and won't give my any info on what is going on. I am past the 2nd app date coming up on 3rd app date and know my 3rd application will run late.

      Very terrible customer service. Killed many shrubs, trees, perennials with whatever they sprayed in our summer service. (Wont admit to their mistake.) Refusing to accept responsibility for a month now. We are watching our trees get worse. We would NEVER recommend their services.

      I pre paid for 5 treatments to get ghosted, Called for weeks, been over patient, They said they just cant come out to my house. Ghosted my neighbor as well. If you like to give your money away and not get service, then these are the people for you. Dont bother waiting for a manger because they wont let you talk to one anyways because they are Thieving our Money and Ghosting us!!!!
