      I was very happy that I called Naturescape to trim the bushes in my yard. They did a great job. I also use them for lawn weed and feed every year. No problem calling and having them come back because of the dreaded dandelion.I am now looking forward to having the mowing done each summer.Nice to have a company you can count on!

      I had hired Naturescape with a simple lawn mowing service in spring 2024. After an initial mistake of applying pesticide they did eventually mow my lawn once before I decided to hire a college student. I called to canceled and they apologized for the pesticide mistake and I paid them for the 1 lawn mowing service. In Sep 2024 I receive a bill for $750.00 and it stated they mowed my lawn the entire summer after I cancelled. After many emails and phone calls they realized the mistake, as they listened to past phone calls and heard my cancellation call - and noticed I didn't have a signed contract for services. And, then I continued to receive a bill for $300. I continued to call and tell them I don't owe any money as they just admitted that their record keeping wrong and what was this balance for - and now June 2025 they sent this amount to collections. My credit is impeccable and this won't affect it and I will not pay it. It is odd that all they went through to tell me they made a mistake and I never hired them for these services and then to try to charge me for services I never agreed to and they have records of - so simply put it doesn't make good sense. Make sure to get contracts and dates of conversations with them.

      I am so impressed with this service and results! Not a dandelion anywhere! The lawn is thick, green grass! And they don't just 'talk' customer satisfaction, they 'do' customer satisfaction. The staff is easy to reach and always professional and friendly. Highly recommend Naturescape!

      They are very attentive to our individual needs and concerns. When we noticed that we still had some weeds growing we called and in a few days, they sent someone to apply more weed killer. They gave us the same great service at our rental property. They made the house look so beautiful. Thank you Naturescape.

      Have had these guys for years and there service is over the top! They always go over the top when they have to. And there servicemen and ofice workers are great.

      So, you come out and do a yard service but did not address the specific issue I had going on that was discussed when I decided to hire your company. Clearly, I was not satisfied with your services when I called in to re address the specific issue I was having still and was told just to wait for it to die off there was nothing you can do You issued a refund and yet you keep the funds for the first visit still..A full refund should have been issued since I was lied to about resolving my poa issue when I agreed to use your services. But I guess you got one payment out of me. Id dispute it with my credit card but its not worth the hassle of getting a new card but I will not recommend your company. You are a one solution fits all type of company.Thank you anyways, hope you do better in the future,
