      I've been with Naturescape for over five years and am very happy with their service in an out of the office. A couple of times when I had questions or an issue they got back to me right away.

      I've been a customer since 2004. They have reasonable rates with excellent service and are 100% dependable. Their service people very knowledgeable and are always happy to offer advice when asked.

      Was going to be traveling for 12 days in June, contacted naturescape to cut grass while gone, back on 12th day, no grass cut, called, sorry we don't know what happened, canceled request, cut it myself. Next Application, they called on Saturday, will be there Monday, no show, called them on Tuesday said they would come later in the week, no show again. Finally called this Tuesday and magically they said they would be out today. They showed up but got the grub application wrong after verbally discussing this with home office the day before. Starting to look for alternatives for lawn service. Have been a customer for 15 years but not another one.

      I have had a very bad two experience with this company. Started with a brand new sod yard and now have a substantially dead yard with weeds, primarily violets. For almost every application I have had to ask them to come out because they don't show up. Whatever they use for weeds doesn't work. Whenever I call they make excuses.
