      i made a clothing purchase on 2/25/25 in the amount of ***** from a company called ***********. i received my order and nothing fits. order#Cmd250225160211319. i have made several attempts to return items and was told not to send back to the address on the package! i have been waiting for return information and to no avail. i am a widowed senior and can not afford to lose this amount of money. please help!

      Theyre charging my business card $7.99 per month 2x and I have nothing to do with them. I am a run retail shop in ****, **. I cant get through to them via phone. The new card will require many phone calls and paperwork to my vendors and delays in shipments not to mention my time.

      I booked a flight with SAS from ********** to ****** (MZNX9F). Although just having hand luggage I was selected out of a group of Scandinavians as the only foreigner and was forced to check in my bag despite most of them having more luggage than me. Firstly having to deal with extremely rude staff just to find plenty of space on the plane. I then waited 30min for my bags just to find them soaking wet; not just outside but inside as if they had been opened and left in the rain. Over $200 of gifts I had bought in ***** ruined to the extent I could no longer gift them.

      SAS Group, *** claims to be BBB accredited on their website: **************************************** contacted the company with an issue I was having (I ordered products from them, and have not received them; I have received three "shipment notifications" saying delivery was attempted, but no one has tried to deliver my products (we have locked mailboxes, a local post office where packages can be picked up, as well as receiving delivery from other vendors at our home on a regular basis, including on the dates the shipper supposedly attempted delivery). The phone is not answered professionally (the customer service agent said "Hello? Who is this?" and when I asked if I had reached SAS Group, he said, "yeah, what do you want?". He then refused to give me his name. I explained my situation and he said "that's a shipping issue, it's not our problem." I told him if he wouldn't help, I would simply contact my credit card company and stop payment, at which point he said he would report me to "the bank" for fraud.I doubt this is a legitimate business at all, however, even if they are, they are totally unprofessional. They have the BBB seal on their website. I have reported them to Amazon, and I have filed a complaint with **************** (who assured me that stopping payment for goods not received is in no way "fraud").

      I have two notifications saying delivery was attempted but there was a problem/ the business was closed. This is my home, and we receive Amazon and other deliveries here daily (including over the weekend/ in the last few days). There is no problem and our security cameras show several successful deliveries in the past few days, and zero attempted deliveries. If I dont receive my product in the next 48 hours I will call **************** and tell them this is a fraudulent charge (based on not having received it and the dishonest information about attempted deliveries) and they will reverse it. Please respond and let me know whats going on.

      we will have to contact amazon and the bank and let them know that you are committing a Fraud yourself along with this message. There is no error on our part this is a carrier issue.

      You have now threatened to report ME for fraud if I stop payment for non-delivery. That is unprofessional and unethical; if I report to my credit card company I did not receive this product IN NO WAY IS THAT FRAUD. Do not threaten me. Do not tell me this is a carrier issue. Fix the problem and respond to me in a professional, appropriate manner.

      I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.

      The seller is being dishonest and not taking responsibility for the issue. I tried to get help from them when their shipping company claimed (falsely) that they had attempted delivery twice- they never attempted delivery. The seller refused to help me and threatened to report me for fraud. According to the *** tracking number, this item has been delivered to my locked post box well over a week after it was supposed to arrive. If it is there, I will return it to sender. The seller lied, was unprofessional, refused to take responsibility or offer any recourse. Their customer service representative was totally unprofessional and did not answer the phone using the business name, and neither would he give me his name. They claim on their website to be BBB accredited. Please see their landing page: ***************************************. According to the BBB, they are not. 

      This is clearly an unethical, shady business. They cannot even spell my name correctly in their correspondence. This is not about the roughly $40 I spent on this product. This is about shady business practices and claiming to be BBB accredited when in fact they are not.

      *********** made a purchase from SAS Group, **** It is a product called Beacon Beam Xtreme, which he purchased from our website on December 2, 2022 in the amount of $36.97. This amount includes shipping and handling.

       ************ contact me on December 14, 2022 13xs he was very rude I tried explain to him due to overwhelmed of orders we are currently out of stock on the Beacon Beam and his order is on backorder, he stated we took his money and he wants the goods. I advised him his card was not charge, we do not charge the card until the items ship. ************ just kept talking over me.

      *********** stated he will be contacting the Better Business Bureau & Attorney General which he is more welcome to do so.

      I bought the duraflame 19 inch smokeless fire pit from my local ******* and it smokes a ton with premium dry firewood. I believe it might be an issue with the airflow on my particular unit. I contacted them, but they never returned my attempts to contact the warranty department.

      While we are unsure of what type of fuel/fire wood you are using,there is always going to be some smoke associated with the fire pit, which is why it is marketed as a low smoke fire pit - - https://www.walmart.com/ip/Duraflame-Stainless-Steel-Low-Smoke-Fire-Pit-19/819689943.

      There are no issues with air flow in the units unless there is not proper ventilation around where the fire pit is located. If the wood is wet or not dried properly, there will be smoke associated with the burn.
