      Terrible customer service. They installed our mitigation system several months ago, and about a month afterwards, I noticed a loud noise when it was running, which you can hear loudest in my childrens bedrooms. I called and emailed about it and initially they said they would come out to fix it (after telling me the first available date was over a month out), and then they didnt show. Since then I have contacted them repeatedly to remedy the situation as it is extremely disruptive, and they have had ZERO response. Would never recommend this company to anyone and have also told our realtor to stop recommending them to clients (how we found them in the first place)

      This company will not refund our money after numerous requests. I prepaid for work to be done on 8/9/23 but cancelled on 8/4/23 (buyer of house decided to close without radon mitigation). I would never refer anyone to this company. Our realtor recommended them originally but I have made sure she is aware of the unethical procedures practiced by this company.

      Sorry to hear about your experience. I don't show we have anything in our system under this name. That *** be part of the problem. Most certainly, if we were paid for work that wasn't completed we would have returned the funds.

      I don't think I have dealt with a more unethical company in my life. While trying to sell my property I needed to get a mitigation system installed. I received a prompt quote from Emily, with what appeared to be a fair price. I also contacted a competitor and though the quote was a bit lower, I provided the SWAT quote for a credit to the buyers. Less that 24hrs later Emily sent an updated quote, with the buyers realtor on it. Emily made sure she increased the quote to support a buyers position, either in a kick back situation or effort to gouge me. The competitors quote was for the same system as SWAT had quoted initially, and the owner of that company was very transparent and said this increased system would do nothing to mitigate any better than the initial quote. Needless to say I went elsewhere with company that was open, honest, ethical, and better priced

      Sorry you feel that way. As our Sales Rep mentioned to you on the initial call that with radon levels as high as 68 we may need a higher suction fan to bring those levels down but wouldn't know that until we see the soil content. We had advised we could add that when the Technician was out to do the installation. The buyer's realtor called back the next day and advised we should include any potential cost as a credit is being given. Seems like a situation that you were trying to get away with paying less to the buyer's than what is needed. Unfortunately, you were miss informed by the other company as the higher suction fan certainly does more to help mitigate a home otherwise why else would they have a higher suction fan. Glad you are getting the radon mitigation taken care of.

      So far this service is a No Go. We got an over the phone quote. My husband specifically asked about whether an onsite inspection was necessary prior to receiving a quote and was assured that that was not needed. Very nice local tech came out, but could not install due to utilities not being marked. We played phone tech with a sales person that now mentioned the need to up the previously set quote and have gotten an invoice without any work having been completed. Absolutely unacceptable.

      Absolutely terribly run business. Confirmed appointment for estimate. My husband took half a day off work to be there. NO SHOW. NO CALL. Scheduled a second appointment with confirmation on time. And again- NO SHOW!! Called the company they tried to get someone over. No one ever showed up. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME.

      Swat did a terrible job installing my radon mitigation. Placed it under my living room window , where I could hear the fan. Piped it over my main door, ugly and obtrusive. They said it was the only place they could place it, not true! I made them remove it which they made me pay for. Left a hole in my side, bad workmanship. ********* radon did a great job and ran it through my attic. Very professional, great workmanship and I highly recommend them. Do not hire Swat!!

      Sorry to hear about your experience. The installation and workmanship were not the issue. You didn't like the location after it was completed. We did not pipe it over your door. It went behind a tree and behind a gutter.

      The technicians left a major mess after they did the mitigation. We had to clean up and ended up with 4 construction garbage bags full of wood, cinder blocks and misc garbage left in the Crawl space. I would never use this company again.

      Sorry about the confusion ********. It was communicated that cleaning out the crawl space was the responsibility of the customer and the Technicians were nice enough to do this for you at no charge. In addition to cleaning out the crawl space it wasn't expected that the Technicians take your garbage with them as well.

      I had a Radon mitigation system installed on March 9th. The tech informed me that the pressure reading should never exceed 2-2.5. He explained that if it does, then advise to call back. Since it was installed the pressure has always been 4+. I have called the number provided on the invoice and on the website (800) 667-XXXX and all go to a voicemail menu with 3 options: 1. Inquire on a new system or confirm appointment, 2. trouble shooting existing systems, or 3. billing inquires. I have selected option 2 each time and left a detailed message. Its been a month now and no one has every returned my call. Perception is a poor one considering they don't adequately service their existing customers, don't return phone calls, and appear to never answer any phones. I regret dealing with this business. This is an install and ghosting approach.

      Sorry about your experience *****. I think there may have been a misunderstanding. The gauge at 4+ is showing that there is good pressure coming from the fan and that the fan is working. You would want to test the radon levels to see where your radon level is at. One of our Service Reps tried returning your call earlier today.
