I am a returning customer of SWAT Environmental. During their most recent installation, they removed my sump pump without my consent or prior explanation. They informed my daughter to call a plumber to reinstall it. This left my basement at risk of flooding, and I was never consulted about this significant change. Since then, I have made several attempts to contact the company for clarification and guidance, but have received no response. This lack of communication and disregard for my concerns is unacceptable. I am requesting an explanation of their process, as well as proper resolution for the situation they left me in. I can no longer recommend their services due to poor customer service and unprofessional conduct.

Between getting a quote and installation, it was less than a week. Jimmy was very helpful when originally quoting the mitigation system and answered all of my questions. Brian installed the system and did flawless work. Super helpful, clean and professional on all ends. Highly recommend!SWAT Environmental

I have to say this was the easiest installation I have experienced in many years. Our service tech (Ivan) was very through and knowledgeable of the product and worked with me to ensure the location of the unit was appropriately placed to not disturb the appliances in the area. I appreciated his patience explaining the why and how of the product. I would definitely refer other to use SWAT in the future.SWAT Environmental

5 starsI obtained clear information when I first called. The appointment was well before I expected it to be. Joe was the technician. He notified me of his arrival time and met that time. He was efficient. Everything was put done with great efficiency. He kept the area clean and left it clean. He provided clear instructions. The service was great!
