These guys are terrific. I needed to install a radon fan on short notice. Ryan got me in ahead of schedule and Christian, the technician, was prompt and very friendly. Can't recommend highly enough.

I have never EVER had a worse experience with a company in my life. I don't even have words. The prior owners of our home installed a radon mitigation system using this company right before we moved in. The installation was done poorly and the system has not been working for months. I have lost count on the number of times I have reached out to them with zero response. It is unconscionable to me. And even moreso because the work they do is related to the safety of their customers.SWAT Environmental

5 starsJune 2025 - We had moved 5 states away and then put our house on the market. After we sold it, the radon level was just above recommended levels during the inspection. We agreed to put a radon system in as a part of our home sale and we reached out to SWAT. Our tech, Robert, did an excellent job keeping us informed throughout the process, knowing we were out of state. He sent us photos and called us multiple times to ensure we were kept up to date. The install job was clean and professional. SWAT also jumped through hoops to schedule us quickly, given we were under a deadline due to the upcoming closing. Thank you SWAT! Beware "no batteries included" clause of the contract. They'll be happy to install a system that has no way of functioning and leave it to the buyer to incur additional charges from an electrician just to get their product in working order. At no time was this deficiency in service highlighted, including during on site when the product was shown as working via an undisclosed battery the technician then removed. Go with a different provider.SWAT Environmental

Sorry Tim you aren't recalling the conversation correctly. We reviewed the call you had with the sales representative, and he made you aware that an electrician would be needed to hard wire the fan. It is also highlighted in red on the proposal we sent you.Review fromLisa D

Scheduling was tough at first, but they more than made up for that with fair pricing and service. Our service provider was efficient, clean, friendly and very knowledgeable! I feel such relief knowing our sump pump and new radon mitigation system is installed and working properly!!SWAT Environmental
