False advertisement and charging for wrong product, they also sent me the wrong size product. I paid ****** for a hood wrap. When received I notified the company that it was too small. The company said they confirmed it will fit. Once taken to a professional installation company they also agreed that the wrap was too small. ************************ also confirmed that the material advertised is not the material I received. The company is advertising as air-egress bubble free wrap when the actually product is sign vinyl ( Not recommended for hood installation or where application requires curves) When confronted the company stop responding and refuse to refund or send me the correct product. I believe this company is falsely advertising their products as air degrees wrap when in fact it is a lower quality sign vinyl.

On January 20th I purchased a vynil graphic wrap for my vehicle for ****** from an online business called favor graphics. I paid using PayPal's, pay in 4 installments, so I am currently still making payments to PayPal. I was sent an email showing how to measure the hood of my vehicle as well as asking for my make and model. I sent the information, however when I received the item, it did not fit on my hood. Not only that but the quality was not as described on the web page and it turned out to be a decal and not a wrap as it says on there page so I requested a refund. They then told me to repurchase the item and they would discount me 20%. I declined and requested a full refund. They then said they would only give me 30% of my money back because I was the one who sent the measurements, even though I measured the way they told me to. I still have proof of the email. I declined that offer as well and then they completely ignored me. I then reached out to PayPal. After filing a complaint through PayPal they then offered me 30% again which I declined. They ignored me again so I escalated it through PayPal and they answered with offering me 50% of my money back. After paypal got involved again finally he offered me a full refund as long as I send them the item back, which is what I wanted to do from the very beginning, however, he gave me an address that is in ******* and it is now going to cost me $300 to send it to him. He now gets a 166 dollar item sent to him for free, PayPal gets there money back and I will be out 300 dollars. This item was shipped from right here in the ********* feel I should be able to ship it back to where it came from when I received it. PayPal's decision was final and I feel as if this person did this on purpose because he was angry or it was planned from the beginning and I was scammed. I don't know what else I can do because if I don't send the item back before February 20th, this company will get the 166 dollars anyways.
