    Plumber was on time, courteous and professional. The Company's methodology of communication leaves a lot to be desired.I made contact with the company requesting simple maintenance on a water heater installed by this company several years ago. As I attempted to communicate when scheduling, maintenance means a flush of the water heater and replacement of anode rod. I specified this to the representative and was not given any information other than the $60 service call fee. It was only in a 15 minute conversation that I had to learn of the $300 fee for flushing and roughly $200 to replace a rod which may not need to be replaced. $300+ was outside of our budget for simple maintenance... but the company still got their $60 for a 15 minute conversation with their plumber! Plumber confirmed that "we don't give estimates over the phone." Needless to say, I will not fall prey to service calls without verbal estimates for simple things in the future. That was one expensive conversation!

    14 year Oak Creek current resident INCIDENT JANUARY / FEBRUARY 2024 Clogged and backing up kitchen sink bowls-clogged bathroom sink bowls -Oak Creek plumber says that is normal these days and to use liquid chemicals that I can purchase at ***** or ********** Oak Creek Plumber says would not want to open a can of worms if you have to referring to snaking out whatever is causing the backup Oak Creek plumber says snaking out the pipes is expensive warning me that he did not want to be stuck with an unpaid bill if I could not afford this type of service. He also mention that he has been yelled at by the company because he has been short changed in the past. I felt uncomfortable in this conversation and in an awkward position with him hinting that I could not afford this service. So I had to phone for another appointment for an Oak Creek plumber to re-evaluate the situation only he stood us up for a 7 am appointment. I phoned and complained and was told the plumber was sick. Ok , why wasn't I told sooner like before my appointment? So I get a call back from Oak Creek plumbing at 8 am setting up another appointment for the following Saturday for 7:30 am-8:30 am only I was stood up again. No phone call, no explanation, I gave up and phone in the early afternoon and complained. The last I heard was from the answering service. Just because it's say's Oak Creek plumbing it doesn't mean they are good or at least decent. It seems to me they like to play games with potential customers. Not professional at all.     After doing business with oak creek plumbing for the past 20+ years and spending nearly $30,000 on numerous projects with them. I contacted them mid March to have a sluggish toilet checked out was told they were short handed and would have to get back to us when they could come. No call back, on April 11 I called again and told the same thing. I again called April 14 and was told they no longer wanted my business. In June 2022 spent $6500 on my shower to repair after one of their technicians inadvertently caused damage. The job took extra time because of some parts unavailable. On a positive note they did provide us with a temporary shower until new parts arrived. We still wonder why they dont want our business. When I originally called in March they could of told me than they didnt want our business and I could have found someone else to check out my toilet.

    I received a quote from this company to repair a bathroom faucet at $600. I felt that the estimate I received was based on personal judgement by the worker and that I received a higher rate than what would be normal. I trusted my judgement and tried a 2nd quote and got the repairs done for about $200. I felt awful receiving this high quote and had to pay $62 for the trip charge for the estimate. I felt like this company uses personal bias with customers and I would not recommend.
