I want to start by expressing how frustrating this experience has been. The individual in question initially offered a low price for custom work on my bike, assuring me it would be completed within a few months. However, after seeing negative reviews, I wisely requested a signed contract a decision that I now thank God for.
Despite agreeing to transform my bike into a bobber style and providing a quote, he soon became unresponsive when I asked for monthly updates. Eventually, he cut off all communication, ignoring calls, emails, and texts. After weeks of silence, I was left with no choice but to pursue legal action. (******** ****** **** ****** ************ ******* ** ********* *** **** ** ***** ***)
This has been a nightmare, and I strongly advise others to proceed with caution when dealing with him. at this point after a few days he sent me a bill for $5,550.82 on top deposit and while refusing to complete the work. After I laughed at his offer he said he only charge me an extra $550.82 if I dropped the suit and finished it up with this threat “If we go to court and lose we will just appeal and have our attorney take over.” & “I have CC’d my attorney as well.” I informed him that I would not be negotiating under these circumstances because I do not negotiate with bullies and that I was prepared to proceed to court. I will continue to pursue legal action until a fair agreement is reached. He responded to my email with a phone call, during which he used abusive language and threats. Fortunately, I recorded the conversation, as he has a history of denying such behavior, which is consistent with the negative reviews he's received.
Don’t just take my word just look up how many times this guy has been sued. I will keep posting update as this case progresses.

Poor business practice, Benny lies, cheats and steals. Do not do business with these people. They will gladly take your money but be sure what your paying for is completely done before you pay the balance. They will cheat you.
