    I purchased a ****** explore air 2 through ******* website with Craft-E-Corner as the seller. This was advertised as a NEW condition. In purchased in July 2024 and did not open until March 2025. I have had nothing but issues ( for starters the blade and housing were not included and I had to purchase). When starting up, the power light continued blinking red and attempted all trouble shooting suggestions to no anvail. I then contacted ****** help line and they asked for the serial number. At this point they informed me that this machine was originally registered in January 2022 - this machine was used. They did assist in having me complete several things as the trouble shooting guides that unfortunately did not work. They advised me to Contact the seller. Upon contacting the Craft-E-Corner via email and explained the situation as they sold a used machine that was advertised as a new product. The only reply was- it was beyond the 30 return policy and they cannot offer any assistance regarding this matter. Never even commenting on the fact they sold a USED machine. So now I am out $250 and an unusable ****** explore Air 2 machine. Horrible customer service. Offering no solution but to contact ******. ****** told me the warranty was up because it was registered in January 2022. I purchased it in July 2024. Buyer Beware

    This has been some of the worst customer service I have received as a customer. I place a $550 order on 12/12/2022 with a 3 business day shipping option. On 12/17/2022 I inquired about the order as I still have not received it. The business owner replied on 12/19/2022 stating "she would expected it to be received by EOD today" and yet, there has been no movement on the order since 12/13/2022. I told her the item hasn't moved and minutes later, she decided to refund my order without any explanation other than she believes the item is lost. As a result, I am now out of a gift, out of the possibility of getting the order before Christmas and out of the funds used since the refund will take approximately 3 business days. I then proceeded to call and ask for the supervisor and the same rude lady who replied to my emails, answered the phone and suggested there is nothing she can do and as per her sole policy, she refund when she assumed item to be lost. Not once did I receive an apology or sympathy, in fact, I was made feel worthless with my order by the lack of customer care or any urgency to solve the issue at hand. This lady gives small businesses a horrible name. It was the first and last order I place with this company. Completely horrible experience and even worse customer service!
