      I booked a cruise in January 2024 for September 2025. When I booked I specifically asked about cancellation policy since it was so far out. I was told the 50 deposit would be non-refundable which I agreed to. I was told the 800 deposit would be refundable if canceled before the cut off date of June 12th. Due to a change in our life we had to cancel the cruise. When I spoke to Sherry 0n June 9th she said she processed it. She called be back on June 10th and now says the 800 is not refundable. This was not what I was told when I initially booked the cruise. Now I am out the 800 plus the 50 initial deposit and also a 100 cancellation fee. Will never book anything from Fox World Travel. They tell you one thing and now it's something else.
