I ordered two items that shipped August 4th to be delivered to ***************************************************************. By August 7th, the packages were not delivered and untraceable. I requested the order cancelled via email the afternoon of August 7th and received an email response that same day with the message:Hello *********,I apologize for the delay of your shipment.I will forward this information to our Shipping Department to have them look into this more for you.Please confirm the address of delivery to ensure that the address on file is the correct one as well your contact information.If needed my team will contact you on Monday.Sincerely,********************************** Then I received an email that the packages were delivered on August 15th, AFTER the cancellation request. I have reached out multiple times via email to their ****************************************** email and have received zero response, only automated emails saying that the I owed $68.75 from an invoice dated 08/04/2022 for shipping. I received no service and see no reason that I should owe shipping on an order that was cancelled days after it was supposed to arrive, and then delivered 10 days after the expected date.Business Response

I ordered six feather-duster refills from Uline which attach to a large pole which I had previously purchased. I paid a total of $28.90; $17.00 for the purchased items, $1.90 for sales tax and $10.00 shipping and handling. The web site provided only for next day *** Ground and gave no indication of what the shipping charge would be. I had no need for urgent next day delivery. The feather dusters are just that, light as feathers. They could have been mailed to me for next to nothing. Instead, when the dusters were received, they were in a box which included Uline's Fall/Winter Catalog, which weighs 3 pounds. (I weighed it.) I did not ask for the catalog nor do I want it. It seemed to me that the outrageous shipping charge is completely unjustified and is little more than a device used by ******************** to distribute its unwanted catalogs and have its customers pay the expense for doing so. Under no conceivable circumstance would I have ordered the catalog nor would I, nor did I, authorize its delivery to me nor delivery of the feathers by *** at that charge. I had no need for prompt delivery and the cost of mailing them by US Mail would have cost little more than the cost of mailing a letter.Business Response

This was the customers first order with Uline. Customers are not charged for the additional weight of the catalog included in their shipments. Hello, I am the proprietor of a business in ******** called **********. We just passed the three-year **** on being open. When we started all those years ago, we bought a cigarette disposal product from Uline. I had paid off the thing in full when we first bought it flat out, but then after some time went on they started sending me mixed emails about how we had more than one. Then they started to send email after email telling me that I owe them when I am sure we paid it off. Despite my best efforts to get an actual response from Uline to resolve the matter. They continuously send me computer responses rather than reach out. My reason for finally reaching out to the Better Business Bureau today is because I noticed today theyre being highlighted spot in their email to me about me being reported to the credit services for lack of payment . I have said time and time again if they could call me and clear up the matter by assuring me that I still owe them money that I would pay it, but it was paid and they never gave it to me based upon credit. They just sent the thing to us and then seemingly started trying to tack on **** after **** without any follow through. Trying to clear this manner up as soon as possible! Thank God I looked on the Internet though before just blindly paying it again. If I had kept doing that, who knows how much money they wouldve gotten out of meBusiness Response

Misleading and Deceitful Adverting Was repeatedly sent emails about a FREE shipping offer with a minimum of $500 purchase.Spent a LOT of time getting the order in the system with over a $1000 value - entered the code for free shipping and it was ACCEPTED.Then went through the checkout process - ONLY then do they say they upcharges to the FREE SHIPPING. What was supposed to be FREE shipping was well over $70. Called and they said yes sorry too bad. Wrote and they also replied the same "This promotion does cover only the base cost of shipping and does not include any freight services, such as inside delivery, liftgate and residential areas."No where on the ad do they specify conditions to the "free shipping".Wrote back to the customer service person that replied "Kelsy" and wanted to speak with the supervisor or marketing person and was ignored.I don't like being ignored and hate misleading and deceptive advertising. ALSO I have asked multiple times to stop sending me huge paper catalogs (do everything online and hate the waste - at least 4 massive catalogs sent this year). On my last contact with "customer service" they responded they would take me off their mailing list. I expect them to honor the free shipping promotion and probably give me a big discount for the order I want to place for all the time wasted on this. I contacted Uline to return an item that we were no longer in need of and use the credit to purchase items that we needed. We returned the item and a credit was issued to a credit card of an employee that no longer works for the company. I was told that we would have a credit to use on product and now we are out the 500$ and the product that could have been sold on a secondary market. I clearly stated that we would use the credit to purchase more bins from the company and they said we would have a credit.Business Response

IMMEDIATELY CEASE ALL, underline ALL, catalogue solicitation to *************************************************************************, REGARDLESS of BUSINESS NAME or BOX NUMBER. If we prevented catalog mailings to this address, we would exclude all businesses at the address regardless of company or contact name. I ordered some labels from ULINE, and they were the wrong labels. So i started a return and sent them back to ULINE. Once i shipped them off i called ULINE on 08/06/2022 and spoke to a agent. I called specifically to make sure i didn't have to pay the invoice and that's what I was told by the employee. They sent a new shipping invoice that showed online that I needed to pay for the return label. I get a alert yesterday saying my BUSINESS CREDIT SCORE CHANGE, so it made me go look and low and behold ULINE REPORTED IT AS A LATE PAYMENT when i called myself personally so this wouldn't happen. And was told by the employee that it wouldn't happen. So I call ULINE this morning and was informed that it was a balance on the original invoice that the employee told me I didn't have to make a payment on. once talking to a male in the credit department he talking to me like i just missed the payment purposely and like the employee did nothing wrong by giving me false information. If the employee would've told me it was a balance, I would've paid it right there when I was on the phone with her. This is not fair and I should not be held accountable for a employee making a mistake and not informing me of the balance. Then for them to talk to me the way they did when I called today is unaccepable. It's like they didn't care about nothing but being paid and ignored the behavior of the employee. If the employee would've did their job correctly and informed me of the balance, I would've made the payment while we was on the phone. I called 08/06/2022 so that's proof the payment could've been paid way before the reporting of a late payment. The disrepectful tone I was given today by the male employee is unacceptable as well.Business Response
