      They do not stand behind your their products I bought some ice melt for my driveway in the research. I did said it was good for concrete allsurfaces and was pet friendly now I’ve got $20,000 worth of damage to my driveway.

      Great company. Lightning fast shipping, and their customer service really went above and beyond for me. I Dont usually leave reviews but it is so unusual to find a company with good customer service anymore these days i thought i should commend them for it!******

      This company is wasting trees and wasting people's time. I Never requested a catalog and they began sending me Gigantic catalogs for my little business. There is nothing in their company I could ever need for what I do. I called and asked to cancel the catalog. I moved and they began sending me a catalog Again! Ridiculous. I emailed this time and asked them to stop sending me them. This seems to be happening to a lot of other people, which means Uline is wasting energy, trees, fossil fuels, people's time and whatever else it takes to print those catalogs and send them to people who never requested nor need them.

      I would like to share my purchase as a small business owner to the company Uline. I did not want to spend an incredible amount of money on shipping to purchase boxes for shipping to my customers but recently decided to Uline because it showed a fast delivery and I had to have the boxes to run my business. Disgustingly received my order and was furious how it was carelessly shipped. My expensive boxes arrived NOT WRAPPED with anything to keep them clean and undamaged. I have sent pictures to Uline 2 separate times to their customer service email. Not even a reply!!! That is why I am here giving a review so maybe they will get this message now. Unfortunately as soon as I got on this BBB website I see there are several reviews…

      It really bothers me that this company, Uline (of ****** **), continues to send (multiple times per year) large catalogues that I've already requested not be sent to our address. They still send them to same address but using fictitious business names and noting "OR CURRENT OCCUPANT". They are NOT an environmentally friendly business and some government (*******, ******, etc...) should be stopping this environmentally unfriendly business practice of "mass catalogue distribution to those that don't want it". They are costing tax payers $$ having to disposing of and recycle these catalogues.

      I purchased a rack from Uline and paid in full. Five days later they billed me again, but did not add a description for what I was being billed for. When I received a 60 day past due notice, I called to find out why they were billing me. They told me because their system did not charge the appropriate taxes! For less than $15, they should have written it off or at least called to explain why I was receiving a bill. To bill someone after the fact and not describe what it is for and try to send me to collections is asinine especially for your own errors and omissions. Please DO NOT purchase from this company! It is clear they have horrible accounting/ordering systems and shady practices. It costs them more to send me their products catalog every other month than to write off their mistake. Also, you can get similar products from other companies at cheaper prices. Other companies actually know how to bill correctly.

      I purchased an existing business in June 2023. Created new accounts for everything for the business. I created my own Uline account with a new email, name, business name, and phone number. Uline has decided to merge my new account with the previous owners account (the previous owner retired and moved out of state). Uline did not notify either party that they merged 2 completely separate accounts. Legally the business name is different also. Now i find out that the previous owner is ordering items under my account which they had no access to. I will never order through uline again.

      I work for a non-profit organization, relying on funds and grants. With a limited budget, we are limited in purchasing power. Uline was ready and willing to assist in ease of access to their services and products. When calling customer service, I was pleasantly surprised when there were no call menus and the representative answered on the first ring. They have gained a lifelong customer.
