      Doheny's customer ********************** is awful; trying to rectify a disc***ancy with them is not very helpful. When they stop you from purchasing a product, they cant even explain why they decided to stop the transaction. Doheny's response is first that its my banks fault for the transaction not going through, but when the bank confirmed that it was Doheny's, the customer ********************** *** then decided that there was a transaction back in July 2023 that I have to resolve (with whom?). The only transaction I had with Doheny's was resolved, and that was a nightmare involving the Doheny's *** accusing me of getting the product on said date and time when I had a video of no one delivering the product. I wonder where Doheny's assigns their customer ********************** team; its definitely not in the ***. Dealing with these ***resentatives, it's obvious they dont know how the American consumer market works, as they always assume the customer is wrong. I wonder if ********************** cares?

      This company only uses indian customer service people that don't know anything and you can't understand them! I ordered a pool pump, sand filter plumbing kit and 6 bags of sand. I received all but one bag of sand. We opened everything and found they sent us the wrong pump but the box was marked like it was the right one. They sent us a new one Monday but no bag of sand! I called to find out what happened but the woman i talked to was rude and apparently doesn't understand English! I ended up just dealing with fedex. I hope it comes!

      I bought a doheny edge line vacuum for in ground pool and the vaccuuum was not able to clean the pool and I had to use old aquabot to clean the pool. I tried it for a month and was not happy with it. I called to return it and they said it has been 30 days and I am not able to return it because of their policy. It was a waste of money!

      As outlined in our return policy, we offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on all products when returned in new and unused condition. Unfortunately, in this case, the item was used for approximately a month and was no longer in new or unused condition when the return was requested. Due to this, and because the request was also outside of the 30-day window.

      Please note that once a product has been used beyond that period, the manufacturer's warranty would be the appropriate avenue for addressing any performance issues. Were happy to assist in connecting you with the manufacturer if warranty service is needed.

      I purchased a pool pump and it was missing parts. I contacted them and they said they would send the parts and I would be in receipt of parts in 2 days. A week later I contacted customer service because I had not received them and was told FedEx lost them, and they had to file paperwork to find them before they could send me new ones in ANOTHER WEEK. Just to resend not receive. The parts cannot be purchased anywhere else, and the pump cannot run without them. They cost $10. But Doheny can’t send me new $10 parts until they find the ones FedEx lost. I said that they could send me return labels and refund my money, but they said I’m past the 30 days that I’m allowed to do so. So no working pump that cost over $400 because they didn’t include parts, and won’t send new ones. Never again.

We understand how important it is to have a fully functioning pump, especially during pool season, and we regret the delay in getting you the necessary parts. Our initial intention in filing a tracer with FedEx was to attempt to recover the second shipment as quickly as possible, in hopes it would arrive sooner than processing a full replacement. Unfortunately, that package was also deemed lost, and we understand how unacceptable this has been. We want to assure you that we have since taken action and a third replacement shipment has been sent out today. You will receive tracking information shortly, and we will continue to monitor the shipment closely to ensure successful delivery. Again, we’re truly sorry for the experience and appreciate your patience as we work to make this right.

      Ordered a pump was delivered quickly. However when I unpacked realized it was not the same hook up as mine sent back on Monday received sat. Received email on wed that it was not in new condition. Call only to b get run around. First it was 20 percent restocking fee to can't b restocked. Talk to supervisor and now being told it's damaged. Call again talk to someone as i want pictures and she can't give them to me. I HAVE TO email them. Terrible customer service I WILL NEVER ORDER HERE AGAIN. I have plenty of friends with pools and I'll let them know how hard it is to make a mistake and send something back to not get your money back.

      Doheny's *****. I bought a new 3hp pool pump and it was leaking right after install, sent it back and still waiting for the replacement pump. They have my money and the pump. They don't care about Customers.

      Absolutely the worst. DO NOT BUY from here. Products are low quality and cant be returned despite them having a 30 day guarantee. Buy from literally anyone else.

Id like to clarify a couple of things to ensure full transparency.Your order was placed on 5/27, just after our warehouse cut-off time of 3 PM local time. Because of this, it shipped out the following day, 5/28. The estimated delivery was originally set for today, but we received your request to reroute the ********** of today, your order has reached the delivery terminal and is now scheduled for return. Once the product arrives back at our warehouse tomorrow, we will process your refund, which will be completed within 72 business hours.

      Buyer beware!!! Horrible customer service. All agents are off shore and good for nothing. Ordered pool paint 2 weeks ago. Paint still didn’t arrive. Calling them every day and they keep saying it’s on the way. Yesterday an off shore agent placed a replacement order. Today I called to check on it and a new agent kept telling me that an old one was still on the way and she didn’t see a replacement order. Company is a total scam with the poor support. Stole my money!!!

      Received a pool pump with a cracked casing. So a quick call resolved the issue. Received a new pump 2 days later, and was given a return label for the problematic pump. Fast, no issues, no complaints
